I wish i could give them no stars at all. The tellers at this bank are so rude. If they think you don’t speak english they will speak badly about you in FRONT of your face. They act as if helping you isn’t their job. If you are looking for a new bank I do no recommend this branch at all. Also just cause someone is depositing money in cash doesn’t mean they don’t have a proper job. A teller had the nerve to tell my dad that he needs to report his money to the IRS since he was depositing cash. Next time keep your micro aggression comments to yourself. No bank has ever treated us like that. I do not want to make this a race problem but it may seem like it is. The white gentleman next to us was treated very well and left before us even though he came in around 10 minutes after us. If you guys need any recommendations for a good bank I would recommend wells fargo. They are more minority friendly and have great customer service. And will save you a headache cause these employees always seem to cause them.

I went to this bank cause its close to my house opened checking acct i needed a debit card to rent a car so i deposited $500 with the cashier everything ligite i com back from out of town try to get my money but they locked my card. Now manager Marisa instead of helping a handicapped person she discriminate against me give me the run around wen i have no money or car need to buy food and pay electric bill in this heat, instead of being professional gor her age she chooses to act like kids, she tells me oh come tomorrow go Pasadena branch to withdraw your $ this that, ive been like that for over 10 days i call fraud dept they say i have to call the mgr, which is Marisa, the lady that has no consideration for people who are low income struggling to meet ends andv play games! Why should she care right? She has no kids that need food or special attention, she has a car to go around, and she definitely has no heart. I called her just before the bank close at 5pm and she hung up on me after i said my name. Thats called courtesy in Marisa dictionary thats how she treats the people that she think are low class. But watch her how she talks nice and smile with other customers literally infront of me and my wife, what a lame! People call that discrimination! This is the kind of treatmentbubwould get from US Bank. Thank you for your integrity it suits your age!

Bad experiences in this branch. A lady there was not friendly at all. Not patient , even didn’t want to explain questions . I had thought maybe she was a indifferent person until I saw she was nice to other customer. Very hurtful . The same day, I went to Chase Bank and was treated very well. What a difference !
