My experiences here have always been pleasant. I’m able to get my checks cashed quickly and without any problem. The people I’ve dealt with have been helpful and courteous which is important to me.

As walked in there was no one at the front desk for about 5 to 8 mins, she comes to the front and says she was n the bathroom, and I just told her next time she need to put something saying she'll be back ect. I ended up apologizing for her being unprofessional, Then she had verify my check which I get but she seem didn't want to do it she wasn't able to get ahold of anyone and her attitude was ugly idk if it's because I'm black but it wasn't pleasnt

So when they say "Checks Cashed of Any Kind" they are lying. I just lugged my baby into their store and they refused to cash a personal check my dad wrote me for Christmas. Just in case anyone else is in the habit of not wasting their time, dont come here.

Great place to cash checks at. The owners are extremely helpful and fees are cheap!

I usually do not leave reviews for any business but the manager here infuriated me. I went to cash my check with my ID. The “manager” then proceeds to ask why is my address on the ID is one of an LA address.. mind you the address on my check matches my ID Address… She proceeds to verifying my check with my job… Comes back and tells me she needs an address in Arcadia and a telephone number…when I ask as to why she needs all of these things she says she refuses to cash my check… She is completely unprofessional!! Never in my life have a had such a hard time cashing a check. Sad part is the only reason I went there is because BOA was already closed for the day… DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY AND CASH YOUR CHECK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I love coming here to cash my LA County paycheck. I love it because the gentleman that helps me is soo nice and polite to me. He engages in conversation and asks about my day, and I in turn care to ask about his. If there are people in the office in line, he is very prompt and quick to make sure they get in and get out. If there aren't, its a lovely time to strike up conversation with him. I make a nice amount every 2 weeks and its hardly noticeable the amount he takes off of it. My bank wants to hold my paycheck for a few days only allowing 200(check is always good/legit because of government job) and right now my needs account for more than that. Go here. Trust me.

There a sign posted as "Will return in 15mins" I've waited, ran errands here and there for the past 45mins and still no one......waste of time

The employees and the owners are very nice and very helpful
