U.S. Bank Branch Homestead Rd, Santa Clara

I went inside to open an account I was the only person inside the branch I was told that they are busy and cannot help me literally i was the only person inside besides the 4 workers just sitting around what a sorry excuse for a branch lol

I am their customer, more then 10 years. Very helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE I have not been able to access my account online for almost 3 months. Lot of calls, lot of being out on hold. Lot of being transferred around and lot of losing me on their phone tree. Today’s experience. Talked to 9 different Reps and Managers to get this resolved. Included a trip to the Homestead Branch for almost an hour with the branch manager. Who could not help me and when he called out, their response was for me to call their same customer service number. I now have to wait another week which MAYBE will resolve this problem. It’s obvious that my account doesn’t mean a lot to them. However wasting my time over 3 months and not getting the access issue resolved in a timely manner... certainly not worth any more patience with US BANK. So now looking for a bank that takes care of their customers and actually care about the experience. Anyone have any suggestions?!?!

I am with us Bank for more than 5 years. Of cource they r not as big as the other famous big banks. But their customer service, honesty, they don't cheat as the other banks, great access to all branches, phone call waiting is as normal as expected, they don't lie is just priceless :)..... and more other perfect services. May God bless us bank. Keep the good work up :).

Efficient and personal branch. Worked with Jorge Castillo on HELOC and wire transfer needs. Great with customer satisfaction. Would recommend this branch and Jorge in particular.

I had to withdraw some cash and requested for the new $100 bills with the blue line. They were kind and able to accommodate me even though I didn’t call ahead of time (but they prefer that you do call ahead for large withdrawals). The manager walked me to my car because I didn’t feel comfortable carrying that much cash myself.

Extremely difficult to activate Apple Pay with their credit card. Needs manual call and they can’t verify via text, and then they may ask to give you a a call back later to activate. Have never had this issue with any other card with Apple Pay. Usually it’s an instant text message and 30 s later good to go. Would not recommend this card or this bank.

This is a joke not a bank! They have no idea what professionalism mean! today my wife called US bank customer service & they instructed her to visit the nearest branch to open a checking account, so she arrived about 3pm (2 hours before they close) the banker was rude to her & told her that she has to come back tomorrow morning because there is not enough time to help her as the banker needs to leave earlier to pick up her children!!!!! & they have nobody else to help her! she spoke with the branch manager who was careless & didn't offer any help or other solutions to the problem. I'm not sure how they expect us to trust them with our money giving this trashy customer service!!!!

IMHO, the average rating for the bankers there would be 4 stars, Mirela being above five and Erin Choi below zero. The latter managed to generate multiple gross errors in both English and, more importantly, in numbers (in simple letters of confirmation/verification I requested from her).

Yesterday, I got my paycheck It was a US bank check, I went to the bank, I Deposit it to my account,.This morning I went to Safeway, I can't pay trogh my card, I call costumer service, 20 minut on line, they sad to me, you should go to bank and show them your resived everything is allright, I went to the bank(Santa Clara), they said bank truck didn't arrived this morning, you should wait entl tomorrow...Is this a good reasen you think?,..I have no money for food for gas...I depend on my money...now I have to wait and wishing for bank truck arived on time..to access to my money,..what is this?
