Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Show up today to cash 4 checks from us bank. I have a us bank account. But conveniently their systems are down and I am told to deposit into atm. So I do so and now I deposited $1000 worth of checks but can only withdraw $200 until God knows when. This bank has proven time and time again to be the most frustrating of all banks! Do not trust this bank with anything of yours! They have all kinds of policies and charges that do nothing but protect their cash flow!

With all check deposits, whether completed with a teller, or via ATM, the first $200 deposited per day is made available immediately and the remainder is typically made available after 1 business day of processing. If your deposit was made on a business day (weekdays, not including holidays), this means the rest of the deposit is typically made available the following morning. A competent bank day to day.. We ran into difficulties when my father became too ill to attend personally and this bank refused to accept my duly witnessed, notarized (and recorded at the Taney Co. Recorder's Office) Mo. Durable Power of Attorney when I brought it in. It made things exponentially more difficult the final months before his death. He was bedridden for 5+ months Afterward, I found also that they had not removed another relative from his checking account when he had asked them to be taken off at least 5 years previously. I don't use this bank for my own accounts.

Christina is awesome ! She made setting up accounts so fun. Me & my wife Totally enjoyed our time working with her .Anytime I call with question or issue if she doesnt answer she gets back to me very quickly. Thank you Christina for great customer service.

Their system crashes more than a Venezuelan government. I've been waiting almost a week for a check at MY bank to deposit. Should've paid Walmart to do it.

They will charge you a fee to cash a check that was written from their bank. In my opinion it makes the bank look cheap and selfish but I guess they are in the business of hoarding money and are the reason there is not enough money in existence to ever pay for the debt.

All of the employees at the Branson branch have always been helpful, courteous, and done more for me than anywhere I've ever banked. I'm retired, in my 60's and have banked in many cities as well as 3 banks locally. My thanks to you all and keep up the great work!

Adrianne ...the Branch Manager was a complete bi** , I do NOT recommend going there, she gave my husband and I attitude right from the beginning , refused service to us and kept lying about how much it would cost to open a checking account when the lady in the front told us it was going to be $25 to open it and when we talked to her she said it was going to be $100 and just kept changing her story so that we would not get a account there. She made us so pissed off and didnt even seem to care one bit about us.

We loved coming here we just moved from Branson and we loved having a banker to help us with applications I believe his name was Larry, but I def. recommend coming to this bank it’s fast and they do a great job and every time I was in there they were friendly as could be!:)

Terrible! ATM took me over 400$ and got out of service. I called them and they said that I have to wait more than 10 days to have my money back.

Won't honor their own checks unless you pay them $7. Tried going into the lobby at 4 p.m. locked the door in my face. WORTHLESS business and customer service!!!
