I was in the Hollister location today to do a few transactions with different accounts. Madelyn Miller helped me out. She was very friendly, efficient and very helpful!

I visited this bank with some concerns I needed cleared up and dealt with Bhavana who was extremely helpful and attentive with a smile on her face! Her service was amazing and she guided me through everything I needed with thorough explanations and advice. Would recommend all customers to see her, 5 stars!

I sometimes have a hard time understanding my account. Everyone at this bank is very kind and helpful when I have questions. I feel that they actually care about me as a person and not just as a customer. Shana at 248 is very sweet, along with the entire staff there and also the entire staff downtown.
