    Absolutely worst us bank of them all, ATM’s never work and if they do they will reject checks for no reason, won’t give cash etc.Then if I go to another us bank it’ll deposit no problem. This bank always has issues go to the one off 21 customer service is 1000 times better and smooth in general!

    Thougjt the reviews were just angry customers,, but no they are 100% true. Went to open account. Waited over 45 minutes for help. They were too busy laughing and having a fun time with each other to help people. Absolutely ridiculous. Like wow, have better luck stuffing your money in your mattress. Avoid this place

    Was told a manager would call us about a huge problem concerning our account but never received call and husband was treated rudely by lobby associate who made rude noises as he was talking. We still need to talk to an actual manager. A few months ago my sons money was placed in a wrong account aswell. They refused to help him until I went in with the actual deposit slip and even then I had to argue with them to fix the problem. Extremely disappointing experiences so far.

    All staff n manager so rude , they r not Patient , when I asked the a staff somethings wrong on my account then 2 more staffs came out look at me then they r talk in whisper n laugh,n manager came talk to me but she not patient either n seen she beginning mad …..I think not good service n rude , ur service need to be patient, calm n explain to customers ……..

    The branch manager, Amanda, is an incompetent liar who has a fundamental misunderstanding of banking and banking systems. Us Bank is a quality institution but it's Fenton, MO branch is a circus because of Amanda and I would highly recommend you avoid coming to this location at all costs.

    Ive been going through US Bank for over 10 years and any issue ive had has always been resolved, mostly merchant error & overdraft fees which are always fixed. The customer service people are always nice (Only had one prickly encounter over the phone) but otherwise everyone here is always willing to help. They are even willing to extend credit payment deadlines which is nice! Thank you US Bank for always having my back!

    Amanda is a terrible person and incompetent branch manager. Update - Its been five months since I filed a complaint and US Bank has done nothing to resolve this issue. Has Amanda been fired yet?

    This place is great if you just want friendly people with no actual idea of what they're doing or how to assist you. It truly is stunning how clueless these people are. Closing my account and switching banks after today's ordeal. You could ask a refrigerator about credit cards and get a more informed response.

    Put our deposit into an unknown account number, we went back and we're asked to come back in 25 minutes because the teller was at lunch!!!! Password protected terminal and nobody else can get in! If she dies at lunch all of her transactions are not accessible? No manager. The money could have gone in HER account and she's Gone With The Wind? Hope for a correction in procedure. Bank called upon the employees return from lunch and I am assuming the money is accessible. If checks bounce, there will be a big problem. Please have a tech person who can bypass passwords.

    Mysteriously, sent &1000.00 through tube system, but the teller who took cash out of tube system, CLAIMS there was only $900.00 in the tube! Hmmm, I'm a Registered Nurse, my daughter is a degree Paramedic, my son is a Police Officer. All three of us in the car at that time and all 3 of us had counted the money a couple of times and was $1000.00 every time we counted it! Seems very suspicious that $100.00 cash disappeared between us putting it into the tube system and this teller counting my money! Not happy at all with Fenton MO location of USBANK and won't do business with them again!!!
