Academy Bank Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Fenton

I have been to many, many banks. I have been with academy now for years due to how well they treat their clients, but I live over 45 minutes away now and I refuse to go anywhere other than the Fenton location. There is good reason for that, the wonderful people who work here dedicate so much compassion to their job that it makes every experience a wonderful one. This is Academy Bank’s number 1 location in my mind and there is no close second. Everyone who works here deserves endless praise.

I have been a long time customer of Academy Bank and I absolutely love the Fenton, Mo., branch inside the Gravois Bluffs Walmart !!! Meghan and Kanisha are the most customer oriented representatives I could ever ask for, in fact treat you more like family than customers, ( friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced ) and they make you feel like you are important to them and the bank !!! I appreciate them and Academy Bank !!!

By far the BEST bank I have ever had!!! I was unable to have a bank account for a long time because of my mistakes when I was younger but a friend suggested trying to get an account there and my banking problems were solved that day. It was quick and easy. The staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! I can not speak highly enough about them. Not only were they extremely friendly and pleasant but they were knowledgeable and helped me rebuild my credit and buy a house! I've been banking there for several years now and have not had a single unpleasant experience with this location. I will NEVER bank anywhere else again. They know everyone by name and really go the extra mile. They even cheer me up when I come in and look like I'm having a bad day. They are open 6 days a week and have long business hours which works perfectly for my schedule (both when I worked evening shifts and now that I work days). I VERY STRONGLY recommend them for all of your banking needs!

They are wonderful, helpful. My debit card was copied after using it at a gas station 5 years ago and someone ran up a huge bill of over $300 in CA on a weekend. Thank goodness for the wonderful manager there at Academy Bank...all got straightened out.

These girls are awesome. I love going to this bank. They are so friendly and nice and no matter how I'm feeling they always make me smile. They are excellent at their job and if I could give more then 5 stars I would.

The best bank I've ever had. The staff at Fenton is always helpful and always ready to help! The manager, Meghan, is so helpful and always smiling while being in a great mood! She has helped me to save for my first ever home and I'm so close to a down payment! I also went from a 600 credit score into the 800s!

Been banking there for over 7 years. The staff is great, customer service is exceptional, and they have many different financial options to choose from! Would highly recommend!!

The Academy Bank employees at this location (Fenton MO) are always friendly, quick and, somehow, always remember my name. This gives the customers a very nice feeling of being appreciated. There is always the air of professionalism, at the same time. Upon calling the main phone number, I am always able to conduct my banking business in a timely manner. I have never encountered a less than stellar phone consultant. My Bank employees always go above and beyond, in my book. They have faxed things for me, given me copies when needed, and made each visit a pleasant experience. I would, and do, recommend this Bank and Branch to all.

They are an awesome bank. The tellers are the friendliest most knowledgeable I have ever dealt with. Please ignore the only bad review about this bank. I researched the ladies other reviews and apparently she gets off on giving places bad reviews. NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
