Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Gravois Rd, Fenton

I agree with many of the previous reviews in that there is something terribly wrong with this branch, and maybe with BofA as a whole. I've tried to do an in-person transaction a few times over the last few weeks. There are never any tellers. They say it's Covid, but no other business is affected by Covid to this extent. I've tried calling. Nobody answers. I see the BofA responses to previous complaints, telling people to use the ATM or go to a different branch. This advice does NOT help me with my particular issue. Better advice? Find different bank, and this is coming from a 30 year BofA customer. Sad and disappointing.

Such a frustrating bank. Went there to withdrawal large amount of money. Under 10k. They said they didn’t have much money on hand and could only give me half of what I needed. What?!? The teller said that’s pretty common here. Uh ok. That’s a problem. So now I have to transfer money to my wife thru Zelle. But wait, you can only transfer so much so now we have to make 3 trips to the bank that holds our money just to get it. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Been with them for 11 years. So frustrating!!!

My Husband went to cash his check and there are no tellers to help him. That is twice he went to the Fenton bank no tellers just greeters at the door. They told him to deposit his check and use the ATM machine for cash. I have a suspicion that tellers are going to be out and ATM are going to be the thing. They do not want to pay the tellers enough money just want money in the corporates pockets. Bank of America is going downhill and they are going to lose customers s the temporary closing of some the banks are going to be permanent when they lose customers. Just my opinion and suspicion!

Never ant tellers to cash a check or cash in savings bonds. Was told to go to Crestwood branch, got there and no tellers there...was told to go to south county which is over 10 miles away when the local branch is 2 miles from house. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

I'm writing this review to commend La Donna L., Jonathan S., and the rest of the Staff at this Bank of America branch for their over-and-above efforts this morning through a challenging circumstance... After making an hour and a half drive, due to a recent move, to withdraw funds from my Primary Checking account, I discovered that Bank of America was having a rare, system-wide shut-down. You can imagine all of our collective frustration as we were unable to find basic information or complete simple transactions on our accounts. Realizing the importance of our visits, these folks worked incredibly hard to find solutions to help us. Several staff member immediately stepped-up their efforts to find solutions around my particular problem and took the EXTRA EFFORT to help me. I'm not writing this positive review because they figured a way to address my needs (because they did). I'm writing this commendation because they worked hard and did their best to take care of me (and others) when it wasn't required of them... Thank you La Donna, Johnathan, and Staff.

This is no longer a bank it is now an ATM with a business center. There are no tellers and if you don't have an appointment you will not get service. If you want an appointment you have to make it online at least a week in advance. We have had a business account with them for years, but they are no longer available for business needs.

Don’t bank here! Bank of america is the worst bank now! Been with the company 19 years… today was the last straw .. went to Fenton location to make cash deposit at counter . They said no one will take it bc they didn’t have anyone . 3 workers there. 2 customers. Went to Arnold location. Temporarily closed sign has been on door for months. Switching banks!

I tried to have my signature guaranteed for a name change and the only officer of the bank couldn’t get into the vault to access the stamp required for the form. Unfortunately, a notary cannot guarantee the name change and signature per rules of the organization I’m needing to change my name with. Now that I’ve signed the form in her presence, she cannot finish the form for me and I don’t have a clean form that I can sign in the presence of another bank official.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Had an account for 3 years Called with a question. Took almost 30 minutes to get an actual person on the phone. Who after the first question got snippy and condescending. Definitely do not recommend using this bank or chain in general. Im upset I have to give them a star at all.

Bank of America is really going down the toilet! The Fenton branch is closed today. I had work in progress with one of the bankers. No one else has followed up. Very BAD way of doing business! Response to BOA: If you really want to "hear more about my experience" you have my phone number. I haven't heard from you in the week since I initially wrote the above review. The truth is, you really don't want to hear about anything that needs improvement.
