U.S. Bank Branch Columbus Ave, Lebanon

I'm very satisfied with this branch. The people are very friendly, attentive, and they have gone over and above my expectations when I needed their help. Aside from their choice of football teams that they cheer for, (Steeler Virginity, Mixon mixoff, Russell sprouts) im very pleased... Go Browns! ;P

Today i waited 5 min at that drive thru to cash my check. For 5 min i watched a guy with awful hair who looks like he crawled out of bed and showed up to work talk on that phone and staff while blowing me off and ignoring me waiting to cash my check. He not once made eye contact with me as i gave him the dead eye stare. I love having to go to walmart to cash my checks because my bank is lazy. Explain how i can cash my check in a instant at Wal-Mart but if i use that atm i only get 200 dollars. God forbid the mail runs late and i try to put money in my account i can't touch my money until Monday or Tuesday. This location is a joke very judgmental rude.

Friendly employees but the narrow drive thru and awful parking mean I only go to this location when I have to.

I have always got great service here,but unfortunately,my husband has not. The atm is always broke down or always busy,but mostly not working and only has 1 drive thru lane. It has been a real inconvience a lot of the time.

Deposited a check in the atm and it is being sent back because of it being a third party. Contacted customer service and they said to contact the bank and they would be able to get the check out and put it back in my account. Contacted the bank and spoke with the branch manager Jacob stated that atms don't do third party checks, asked if he could send me documents stating that and he said sure. Said they dont service the atm's like other branches do and that I would have to wait for the check to be sent back. Asked him if he could get the check from the atm servicer and he said no that he doesn't talk to the person and all they do is hand the money over. Explained my situation he said he would figure something out and call me back. Well day later nothing no call no email showing about the email. Called customer service they said the branch manager could've got the check from the servicer of the atm as they speak to them. So assume this guy is misinformed but now im in a rut because of this atm and the branch manager issue.

They raised their check cashing fee for non-customers. Peoples, formerly national bank & trust are still number 1 but now they charge noon customers too. I guess that's what all banks do now.

Stephanie is amazing. She didn't know the information I needed to know but she took the time to get down to the bottom of it and really helped us out in the end :)

Excellent customer service every time I've gone inside.
