My experience with Lebanon Ford's Service Department could not have been better. My Service Advisor, Michael, was top notch. I received consistent communication and explanations throughout the day from Michael. He was kind and wanted to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. I pass three other Ford dealerships to get to Lebanon Ford for service; they are worth the drive! Great job!

I don’t know who installed the supercharger or who the service advisor was but that doesn’t matter. Jacob Harris was the sales man and from start to finish I had exceptional service. Parts look like they were installed from the factory. Team was very knowledgeable, the sale and service was fast and easy. Thank you to all of Lebanon Ford who had a part in me purchasing my car. Absolutely love it and will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy or service their car/truck.

First time going to Lebanon Ford for a warranty fix on my 2022 Explorer ST. Jill was the service manager who helped me out and did a fantastic job answering all my questions and providing me above and beyond service. John Nowicki in service was excellent! He personally ensured my Ford F-150 had the proper maintenance and updated me as needed. Took my 2020 F 150 in for a scheduled oil change and routine maintenance. My service advisor was Jeremy Harrison;he did a great job! Jeremy was polite and very organized, everything that needed to be signed was ready to go. The service was completed in good time, and done well. Jeremy explained everything that was done, and I was on my way quickly. They were very polite and efficient and respectful of my time. The cost was reasonable for what was done. I can definitely recommend.

I have taken 2 trucks in to Lebanon Ford, both experiences have been great! I had warranty issues and recalls done here. Nick and Jill were prompt and friendly. They got my part in quickly and I was informed immediately, it was easy to make an appt to bring that truck back in. Nick was very honest with me about my 350, taking the time to speak with me, although I’m sure he was busy. I’m planning on using them again, I have another 350 that needs some work too. I drove five hours from just outside Chicago Illinois to have my car worked on at Lebanon Ford Performance. There were dealerships in hot rod shops near my home that could’ve installed a new supercharger on my 2017 Richard Petty King Edition Mustang GT, But the reputation for Super charging new Mustangs at Lebanon Ford is outstanding. I was not disappointed! My service advisor Michael Dimitriou was extremely helpful and the quality of work performed by the technician was flawless!

Jeremy worked with me every step of the way. Kept me informed of the PCM issue as well as other items that needed to be replaced. All under warranty. The dealer gave me a loaner for the time my car was down. Always go back to my dealer for anything on my car. They stand behind their work.
