Under new management They treat people the way they should be treated . Polite and knows the struggle we all go through. My personal saying Treats one like a cousin on your momma's side but professional.

Owners are rude . Take your items to places they actually know value . They are asking 10 for mass produced games that are only worth 5.00 You try to help her understand not all xbox one ps4 aren't worth 10 each she becomes snooty and rude with snide comments. I wont be back. If your selling game systems there is a local game store not far from this location . Take your stuff there at least they know what the items there buying are worth.

I have always been happy with anything I have bought from here , the selection is only limited by what is brought in and I love watching people get mad when they hear there junk isn't worth anything lol.

They're helpful, and won't sell your stuff if you work with them. They send payment reminders and call you as well.

Absolutely the most rude people I've ever come into contact with, take your items elsewhere these people are scam artists that own a building

These people have been really good to me professional no haggling straight up loans that you wish to take up and very good customer service no complaints they do go the extra step to proceed to get you the maximum loan for your item

We have when to take something in twice now just to pawn not even to sell and they are never taken anything . Didn't even look at my Kendal. Also a few others I no have tried to take things in and they havn Paul anything that they have taken in either they always say they're not taking those right now there are too many in stock .it doesn't even seem like they sell or take anything obviously. how they stay in business is beyond me.Half of them are rude as is.

Rude disrespectful people inside asking new prices for used items and offer next to nothing have taken two craftsmen tools up there and they would not even test them they said they would not do it all rude like and walked away didn't even have the chance to pawn them didn't want to sell lol just need gas money for work a few days don't waste your time horrible experience in that place twice now.

If I could give negative, I would! These type of businesses prey on the poor. Only type of business that seems welcomed to city I live in! Should be shut down from what I see.

Staff was polite and upfront about amounts they where able to loan on items i was pawning will definetly refer them to family and friends
