    I wish I could’ve give these guys 10 stars. I walked in around 5:00pm on 4/1/22 and they young lady who helped me was an absolute delight! Not to mention the courteous staff who made sure to greet me as soon as I arrived. All though my time here was very brief (thank you!!) it left a lasting impression on me that there are still people out there who are still passionate about their line of work. Thank you to the mentor staff for setting my weekend off on a good foot after a long grueling week! Thank you guys again!

    I wanted to give a commendation to the employees of this particular branch of the US bank. Today as I was driving home when drove past that particular branch when I noticed that your flag was hanging by only one latch. It appeared the wind have either torn a grommet, or the latch had broken. I pulled in to the branch and walked in and introduced myself I had my veteran head on and informed them that the flag was only hanging by one latch. One of the bank employees told me that she notified maintenance that same day. And another employee said the way the flag was hanging was inappropriate. I volunteered my services to take the flag down. And both of the employees were gracious enough to allow me the honor of taking that flag down. I went outside and I took the flag down. It was not The grommet that was torn it was the flag latch that had broken because of the wind upon removing the flag from the pole I resecured the rope to the flagpole. I then took the flag back inside and one of the employees she assisted me and properly folding the flag. I thank them for allowing me this honor, and they thanked me for my service. I would like to give much respect and commendation for those two employees today because number one, many other establishments wouldn't have allowed someone to remove that flag, or given veterans such as myself the time of day when they would volunteer to remove the flag respectfully. So kudos to this particular branch and to those two particular employees for doing something but I would consider respectful and patriotic to our colors.

    No drive thru avail more than a year. Lots of excuses and not nice about it when inquiried as to a date

    Tried to open account so I could make a transaction with then but was denied being allowed to open an account by staff
