Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is my third Audi vehicle, but my first with Audi of Mentor. The bar was already set high, but these guys blew past it. My sales person was Blake, I would absolutely recommend seeking him out when you are ready for your next Audi purchase. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely communicative. Emails and calls were always answered quickly. So happy I found this dealership and made the switch. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for an Audi vehicle!

I consistently come to Audi mentor for service on my 2011 S4. The service department is extremely thorough, professional, and transparent. The fact that I can get an oil change, wash, and full inspection of my vehicle with an itemized printout of the status of every major component of my car for only $200, keeps me coming back. And now I can view a full video of the in depth inspection of my own vehicle, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely more than satisfied with my service here.

Great experience. Was searching for a 2017/18 BMW X6M for months. I grew very leery about all the "side of the road" used car lots and started to focus on a quality new/used car dealership even if I had to pay more for piece of mind. Saw an ad for a car in Ohio with perfect specs (I am in CT). I left Steve Armstrong a message late evening and he got right back the next morning with a video of the car and pics. The price was right and I made the offer. Handed over to Finance team (Jeff....also awesome), got a great rate on a loan, completed the docs and the car was on a truck for delivery and showed up two days after it left Ohio. Was missing some paperwork and Patsy(?) was ALSO helpful sending me the information. They arranged for a Notary to sign the docs (also a nice man). Vehicle was super clean and EXACTLY as advertised! Sounds sappy, but even the auto delivery guy was a really nice dude (who had my same car so he showed me photos) Did I mention the very competitive trade in?? Hands down best major purchase experience since I bought last BMW from from a high end dealership in Miami five years ago. Both shops were very reputable and great at what they do. If you are going to spend a decent chunk of change on a car, deal with quality and feel good about your purchase. I'd highly recommend Steve and his entire supporting team. Very responsive and great seamless teamwork at the dealership with Steve, Jeff and all involved getting the car from OH to CT. Kudos Audi Mentor! Well done.....

I had to bring my car in for service with an issue with my rear spoiler and a squeak i my shock. Pat in the service department handled everything from my loaner car, taking care of the issue, and communicating with me all the way through the process. Especially Pat but everyone that I dealt with were amazing. I had a Mercedes’ and Porche for my last two leases and wow what a difference in service!! People like these want to make me stay with a brand and this dealership!

Shawn went above and beyond to get this sale done. With the way inventory is right now, and having shopped around quite a bit, he was the only person I dealt with who was willing to look at potential swaps with other dealers to find us the right car. Summary of posts below: There are many updates posted below that describe my first, and last experience with Audi. From corporate Audi, to Audi Mentor, and Audi Sewickly, my experience with a CPO A5 has been terrible. So far, it has been the worst car I have owned, and with a few shining moments of help from Mentor Audi, the worst customer service I have experienced. I am sure noses will be snubbed at this comment, but I guess I will stick to Ford and Jeep. At least they don't claim to be a premium brand. BLUF: NEVER CPO and NEVER Mentor Audi! Bought a certified pre owned (CPO) A5 Cabriolet that was a decent price with the options I was looking for. I was out of state and trusted that a CPO would be in tip-top shape, especially from Audi. We drove 2.5 hours to get there, after transfering money to hold the car. Upon initial look of the car, the hood was horribly painted due to it being a lease turn in and they just quickly sprayed it to cover up blemishes. I called an auto body guy and got a quote for $650, still a good deal with the options I wanted and a CPO warranty... ok, let's test drive. On the test drive the car shook terribly. I then was informed it has sat for 9 months waiting on a recall part (air bag replacement). The shaking was from the tires sitting, in all fairness, the shaking did subside but never went away and still hasn't. I am now paying $650 to have the wheels straightened because they are bent. Unfortunately had to pay $300 to find this out. On top of all that, it had a bad rear wheel bearing, fixed under warranty but needed the 55k service at 45k (300 miles after the 45k service) because it was over the 12 month timeframe from sitting. I was told I had to do this in order to keep the warranty for 12 months. All-in-all I have $1000 plus into a CPO and Audi Mentor has essentially said "there is nothing we can do, sorry." Never trust a CPO, thinking it was throughly checked out, I will not be dealing with Mentor Audi again, but I do love the A5 and Sewickly Audi has taken my money, but they have done a great job with customer service and troubleshooting. They may have salvaged any hope of a continued relationship with Audi. UPDATE: After the post, I did receive a call from the used car manager, he listened to my issues and offered to take a look at the shop (2.5 hours away.) I did not take him up on the offer as I had someone fixing the wheels locally. He did offer to pay for half of the bill if I send the invoice to him, which I will. This is a nice gesture and does show good faith but still disappointed in why I am in this predicament (failed CPO inspection and not handled on first contact.) I will update if all works out. UPDATE 2: 12 May 19: The sales manager (Jeff) has been in touch with me trying to help make some things right. I do appreciate the customer service and attention in this matter. I am dissapointed in how some things transpired and wish my experience was better but in all fairness, Mentor Audi has responded and tried. I cannot change my rating to 5 stars and I strongly contemplated 4 but all-in-all, after some issues and attention I can recommend 3 stars. Thank you, Jeff for giving this issue your attention. Jason UPDATE 3: June 2019: Had the Audi in to Sewickly Audi to try an figure out the vibration issue again. Which I now have $1300 into trying to figure out, with 5000 miles since purchased AND "under CPO warranty." What a joke CPO is! While troubleshooting, I was told my front brakes are dangerously low. Which I was surprised at, due to the fact that, to qualify for CPO, everything is deemed at 50% life or better. See attached pictures of my front brakes and rotors. I cannot stress how dissapointed I am in Audi (corporate, Mentor, and Sewickly) for their lack of support and questionable integrity with my vehicle and experience. You will hopefully have better luck but I expect much more from a premium brand! To add to the insult, my clean A5 when dropped off was apparently in a flood when I picked it up from the dealer a week later. Pictures keep getting deleted...

There is a lot to love about Audi Mentor. Definitely 5 stars! Sales manager Frank Steffen was a delight to work with, we ended up at a number that we could both live with on my lease for a 2020 Audi A5 Cabriolet. When it appeared that the deal was to fall apart because of my financial concerns, Frank intervened in a great way to save it. We live about 90 minutes away in Pennsylvania and when we arrived at the dealership (which is immaculate by the way) we were greeted by Audi Brand Specialist Maria Drago, who put us at ease right away. Frank then turned us over to Maria who very efficiently and courteously handled a lot of the details. She was a delight. We were then turned over to Patsy Santone Jr. for all of the financing/lease paperwork. In working with other dealerships throughout the years, I have found such finance people to be cold and on the unfriendly side. Patsy was the opposite, and made the process interesting and his friendliness made a usually boring process very tolerable. This our first Audi and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend Audi Mentor and the great people there to anyone wanting a first-class car-buying or car-leasing experience. Janice Raykie

I never knew that buying a car could be so easy. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I found the car I wanted, sent an email. Shawn got back with me the same day. I did the credit app online on Thursday, picked the car up Friday. The experience was great. I Love the vehicle. 2019 Audi e-tron rides like a dream, so very smooth and quiet. Buying a car isn't supposed to be a great experience, but don't tell Audi Mentor that! From multiple visits discussing options, to a few test drives to make sure that my TTS was the right car for me, they made the process easy. Someone was alway available to help (both T.J. and Chris were consistently willing to go above and beyond). Frank, the new car sales manager, was a blast to talk to and made me feel welcome every visit. Beyond the staff, the dealership was clean and had a great design (love the free snacks and drinks too). A nice plus is they are also willing to store tires when I swap them out for the season (another way they're taking stress off my plate). The follow-up calls from everyone a week after I picked up my car (from my sales guys, Frank, and also the dealership GM, Todd), convinced me they will stand by things even after the sale. It feels strange to look forward to trying out their slick service department too (it looks crazy high tech). I have a feeling I made the right choice with my first Audi ownership experience in choosing to go with Audi Mentor!

I visited multiple dealerships in the tri-state area and this dealership is truly first class. Great dealership that does honest business and doesn’t play any games. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle, Jeff the used car sales manager took extreme ownership of the deal and made it happen. From being straight forward on the numbers to not wasting my time and just getting things done. Chris, was the salesperson who handled everything once we arrived at the dealership after driving close to 9 hours from Charlotte NC and made sure the Audi we were purchasing was detailed and ready to go. Finally, Patsy the finance manager was a very knowledgeable and honest individual who handled all the paperwork with speed and utmost integrity. I happened to choose Mentor dealership out of pure chance. I happened to be looking for my first ever car purchase and Blake Jaffee assisted me in making that decision. He was there every step of the way and I kid you not when I say this; he spent eight hours with me in his office. Disappointing visit. Found a car that I was interested in purchasing. The salesman insisted on joining my test drive (even though I was there with my husband) - I told him that I was comfortable with the area and didn't need him to join us. After the drive and feeling ready to purchase the vehicle, I was told that they don't accept my financing. I was offered no additional options and got the feeling they were not interested in having a young Black couple purchase a car there. Looking forward to visiting another Audi dealership.

I arrived 20 minutes before my service appointment and they took me right in. They gave me a very nice loaner and my car was completed on time. They also cleaned my car, which I expected, but it was more than the typical dealership wash. It was cleaned inside and out and all the windows were cleaned streak free inside and out.

My wife and I have been buying cars from Lexus and Lincoln sine the 1990’s. I must admit that Lexus ‘topped’ Lincoln in almost every category. Now, the bar has been raised even higher by the team of service professionals at Mentor Audi. Yes, I intentionally include the sales executive, Jeff Ward as part of the ‘service team’ (not sure I have done THAT before!). I traveled from Rochester, NY because this dealer had the exact car I wanted and did not try to ‘make their numbers’ by trying to take advantage of an out-of-state buyer. I did not buy a $70k car at Mentor Audi; the Q5 I bought was 4 years old, yet I was treated as if I was a ‘big spender’. Jeff Ward’s professionalism was matched by both Ass’t Business Mgr. I just picked up my 2020 Q5 S-Line Titanium edition this week. Audi Brand Specialist, Steve Armstrong was outstanding to work with! Steve was easy to work with, very responsive, paid attention to detail, and provided a video walk through of my exact vehicle as I was buying from out of state. I got an a great deal. Everything was exactly as described when I took delivery with no surprises. The finance manager, Patsy Santone, ran through the financials quickly and efficiently. High praise for the dealership all around! My only regret is I won't be able to have the vehicle serviced there.

Top notch sales and delivery experience. I purchased a vehicle fully remotely, seeing it in person for the first time at delivery. My salesperson Maria was attentive, shared multiple videos and photos while I was making my decision, and left me feeling confident about a remote purchase. I’m a Pennsylvania resident and so was buying a car out of state. The dealership itself was top notch. Starting with before I even set foot on the lot the salesman I was working with, Steve Armstrong, was in touch and let me know the car was available so I wouldn’t make an unnecessary trip. When I got there the car was in the service area for my wife and I to inspect and the entire experience was great from looking over the car, test drive, answering all our questions, to eventual negotiation and reaching a deal. I had pre checked interest rates before heading in and the dealer was able to match my rates and secure financing for me, so less hassle on my part. Overall it was a very nice experience and again the salesman I dealt with, Steve Armstrong, was great. Nice guy, not rushed for time, made my wife and I feel very comfortable the entire time. The team over at Mentor Audi always goes above and beyond. My sales rep, Blake Jaffe is always available to assist. He sold me my car in September, and has made personal trips to my house to assist me with technology (the car I have technology package is amazing). Just today I was notified my windshield fluid was low, Blake without me asking, volunteered to come to my house and took care of the issue.
