Cardinal Credit Union - Mentor Branch (HQ) Westport Dr, Mentor

I have done business with Cardinal Credit Union off and on over the past twenty years and words do not capture how truly satisfied I am with the ease and quickness it took to refinance my car through them today! Loan officer, Kennedy Westfall found the best option for my loan needs and was able to expedite the entire process in a matter of a few hours. Had I known that it would have been this easy I would have done this long ago! If there were six stars, that's what I would rate them because they are certainly above five stars.

I've been working with Jennifer R, for the past 8 to 10 years and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have financed 3 vehicles with her and I will continue to do business with Cardinal Credit Union, because of her. I live on the opposite side of town from her branch, but since she takes great care of me and making banking VERY EASY AND SMOOTH. I will continue my business with CCU. I have referred several of my friends and family members to CCU, all because of her professionalism. Jennifer has always went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I understood each piece of paperwork I was signing. And I'm truly thankful for her.

I can’t say enough about the care I receive from Cardinal Community Credit Union and their wonderful staff. I started out with them about 20 years ago and they handle all my needs with professionalism. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knows me when I come in. More than just a “Bank”! Did I mention the pens? 💕😂

What a great Credit Union. Every person that I've interacted with has been very helpful, understanding and caring in the help they have provide me with. I use to belong to another Credit Union for almost 50 years but it changed to the point where you were bothering them just to walk in the door. All of the people at the Mentor Branch are a AAA plus.

Enjoy dealing with all at Cardinal. Never had a problem and Teller's and staff are so pleasant and helpful. When no one else would give me a loan because income and out go was bad, they helped me and approved a loan with no problem. I have had an account with Cardinal Credit Union since high school when it was Mentor Public Schools credit union. Over 37 years! I have been very happy with my banking experience. We refinanced our home with Cardinal Credit Union two years ago. I highly recommend working with them! The experience was great!

I started using this credit union when I bought my car in 2017. Everything has been great and everyone is helpful if I have had questions. Their app is also easy to use which makes baking with them even easier.

I recently purchased a side by side and our loan officer, Jennifer Reshetar, was amazing! We ran into a number of hiccups during the purchase process and Jen helped us every step of the way. She took a very stressful situation and turned it into an enjoyable experience (and my first time working with a credit union!) Will definitely go through Cardinal for all my future financial needs!

My husband and I have banked here for years. I wouldn't choose another bank. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Unlike other banks we were members of, we rarely see new faces weekly when we go there. Our Mentor branch employees act like they are part of our family.

Cardinal did a great job helping me buyout my lease and set up my loan through them. On Presidents Day weekend, they got the job done. Three employees made sure this happened even with the time constraints put on by the bank I originally leased my car through. You definitely get that hometown feel with Cardinal. Makes you think to switch all of your accounts to them. A monumental task but the perks of a member might just be worth it. Thanks again!

Cardinal Community’s hidden gem is not only their community based business model, but the loan department and the management of their credit cards has such a personal approach. I have called and had credit limits increased while on the phone with them. I too often have crazy approaches to purchasing cars. The loan department is willing to walk with me into those purchases even out of state purchases from by owners sales. Thank you Cardinal for see me and not just a number!

I've been with Cardinal Credit Union for over 8 years and I've never had no bad experiences with them. Jennifer Reshetar, Cheryl and Eric Turner have always been helpful no matter what the situation is they always seem to have to answer to whatever question I ask. I've gotten my truck loan threw Cardinal and now I'm working on getting a 1st time buyers home loan. Cardinal helped me get my credit together. I wish I could give 10 stars. I can’t even begin to explain what Cardinal has done for me. Justas was very helpful from beginning to end with refinancing my truck. Cardinal Credit Union gave me a chance when no other credit union would. Thank you Justas for your professionalism and understanding. In a life of phone trees and small customers getting lost in the volume, it's refreshing to work with real people at a community-minded business that has it's customers/clients at heart. When considering refi, CCCU did some quick leg work and gave us advice no big bank would have offered as it didn't require additional business/fees. We were long associated with the Richmond Branch, but found all the associates most patient and helpful.

I can't say enough about the people of the branch. Courteous, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful no matter the issue....big or small they are all willing and ready to help. This is the feeling and experience I receive not only in person but on the phone or through email too. Whatever mode of communication this branch is ready and willing to help.
