    Bankers are super nice and accommodating. Happy to deal with sitting down at the desks and have a great relationship with customers; Cynthia did a great job with us. The tellers moved quickly at the windows and are nice also. Wait times are better than some other banks

    From investing to everyday banking, US Bank is an institution with high quality customer services and professional bankers to help anyone achive their financial goals. Am proud and happy with my Services and products at US Bank. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is more ATM locations, but with cash back available every where, it's not such a big deal to me.

    Went to withdraw at the atm and their atm ate my card and they said they’re not obligated to give it to me back because it’s not a US bank card, I always use his ATM as it’s near my house and I’ve never had any until today and someone was doing servicing on the ATM and he could’ve just got it out for me but they refuse due to the fact it was not a US bank card.

    Would not bank with them ever again you can not withdrawal a lump sum out they told me they ran out of money I need to go to another bank 😠 and they said my card will be in the mail never showed up so my temporary card expired they were not willing to work with me.

    Zero customer service. Couldn't answer a simple question over the phone and were very rude on top of it. Closed my credit card account because of the rude service.

    Horrible customer service! They are just after your money and will not help you out if you have a human error! Just if it's a bank error! Other banks have a way better flexibility program and customer service! This bank is not considerate to the fact that we are real people just trying to get by and support our families. what a difference helping you out once or twice in a year can do for someone! Especially when you make a deposit the same day as something hits ur account. You better believe the fee comes right there with the amount being withdrawn from you account. This bank is a joke and doesnt care about the customers at all. And the girls in this location dont even look into your account to help. They pretend to and it's always a no! Never going back to this bank!

    I feel so sorry for the nice girls who work at such an incompetent and greedy institution. I advised Paris to quit and go somewhere else so as not to be aligned with their (practically) criminal activities. I deposited a $1300 check on Thursday Oct. 22.. On Friday Oct. 23 I wrote my 'old' bank a $425 check to cover anything that might come through while I am moving my banking over to my new sparkly USBank account. I expected, as any sane person would, that the check I wrote would come in no earlier than Monday and would be covered as there would have been two full business days since I wrote the check BUT NOOOOOOO! Come Monday morning USBank had refused to cover the check AND assessed me penalties and causing me to assume penalties at the other bank as well! Meanwhile my balance shows quite clearly that I have over $1000 in my account. I spent the day making 3 phone calls to their "fraud department" who supposedly authorized the check hold and made three trips to the branch to "prove" the payees bank had already sent the money. Did this ridiculous waste of my day solve the problem and get my money released? NO! They 'may' release it tomeorrow if i bring the payee in and have them call their bank to 'prove' to the manager that the check has been covered. Otherwise I can visit my money on THURSDAY-- a whole week since I deposited it. Apparently in US Bank's world no one needs their money for a whole week after they recieve it. No landlords are knocking on their doors and no bills are adding late fees--how nice for USBank that they live in such a paradise. I happen to live where these things do happen and now I am going to pay a bunch of bogus fees to USBank as well as my old bank then if I have any money left, I can pay my bills. Isn't that peachy? USBank sucks. I can't wait until Thursday so i can get whats left of my money, close my account and NEVER see that place again.

    what a horrible customer service this bank is very bad customer service. I was talking to this girl and she was telling me she can not help me cash the same check I cashed many times before and asked me to step aside!!!!
