Altura Credit Union S Sanderson Ave, Hemet

I came early today and found the lobby empty. That is so rare. All the tellers and employees are extremely nice. The lady guard opened the door for me coming in and going out. Who does that? Her momma raised her right.

Very credible organization. The tellers and personnel in the cubicles are incredible! I go to the Hemet office, and always have excellent results!

I would like to give a shout out to Diana Duncan who was able to give me such Awesome customer service this past week. When I went in to the CU I was worried there was no solution to my situation, before I knew it Diana was ready and willing with the answer. I cannot thank her enough...she restored my faith in humanity! Every branch needs a Diana...lucky for Altura they have employed such a wonderful woman! Thank you Diana, Thank you so much!

Diana Duncan and Yani are amazing people. I had a personal emergency and they were able to help me in my situation. I highly recommend you bank at Altura especially at the West hemet branch.

Since they closed the one on Florida I now have to drive to the far side of town and wait in a long line. It's not this facilities fault. I'm not happy with the bank company, having one small facility for the entire city isn't enough. Also, I was denied on requests and have been charged high fees on cashing checks. There are so many other banking options I now ask other Altura customers why they haven't left yet.

Always prefer a credit union over a mass chain banks. This place was fine; line about 4 people long in the early morning on a weekday with 3 tellers. Get to the front and I'm told that they can not do a withdrawal from my credit union which is not their bank but the ATM outside would allow...so there's that. Went outside and withdrew my money from their ATM.

I am able to do shared Banking from Illinois and anywhere else I have gone. I now live in Illinois for 2 years I have had Altura credit Union for over 5 years and have loved their customer service every step of the way. I have 3 accounts with them and get wonderful service with all of them all the time.

I've had this bank for a long time and I have never had a bad experience until today. I dealt with Anthony who was rude. My husband didn't understand why we couldn't do what we can in to have done. So he rudely repeats himself and says "like I said"... If a customer doesn't understand the first time, here's a thought, explain it in more detail. Don't be rude!! I will never deal with him again.

I've been with this bank for a while now, overall I would say I am content with them. I've never had any trouble with their customer service in person (which I highly advise), but customer service over the phone was absolutely terrible! My questions were completely disregarded, spoken over, and was hung up on mid-sentence. VERY DISSATISFIED!

A huge thank you to the manager. She helped me avoid a potential scam and even took the time to further investigate the matter. I am completely grateful and touched by how caring they are. Thanks again for looking out.
