Worse bank in my opinion. I got a overdraft fee which I thought I was signed up for protection when a company took money out , it left me overdrawn. Plus no one picks up a phone to speak with a representative. Switching banks for sure.

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with . The manager christina , is very rude and unprofessional. I went there the other day with a check drawn on Bank of America. The teller took my check to the manager . And when she returned she asked me were I got the check , as if I were a criminal and was trying to cash a fraudulent check. And told me it was not a valid check and not in there system. And the manager also wrote on my check with a black permanent marker RTM .Which means return to maker. I left and got a hold of the maker of the check . He instantly got a hold of Bank of America In New Jersey and they in turn tried to call the branch in hemet to resolve the issue . After five attempts while I was at the bank waiting to talk to the manager . They called me and said the bank in hemet would not answer the phone . After waiting for over an hour to talk to the manager , she sent one of the tellers to talk to me and tell me they would not honor the check and I would have to deposit the check in my account. Why was I told to deposit the check in my account when the manager said the check was fraudulent? So to prove my point I went to Check into cash check cashing and they verified the check and even with the big black letters RTM written on my check by the branch manager of Bank of America they cashed the check for me at a cost of $250 . The check was obviously valid and the branch manager at Bank of America Was full of $:!$@!!!! And was discriminating against me for what ever reason. She wasted 4hrs of my day and lied and tried to make me look like a criminal. And cost me $250 by not cashing my check that she should have cashed with no problem. I think Bank of America should hold her personally responsible for everything and should reimburse me for the check cashing fee of $250 I had to pay! Definitely the worst customer satisfaction I have ever experienced.

Every time I go to this bank there are long lines and one or two tellers. Please manage your staff to accommodate the customers! Customer service is so important, and this branch has terrible customer service. I used to drive all the way to the Menifee BOA because they had good service, but now that branch is closed due to COVID and I’m stuck with the terrible service and long lines at the Hemet branch. It’s unfortunate.

Lines are always long and they hardly ever have more than 2 tellers. I have a business account and even when their business line is open the teller who runs it is slow and unproductive. Management seems to think that socializing is more important than customer service. Hire more tellers or get managers to service teller windows instead of standing around doing nothing. I'd give this location half a star if I could.

For being 3rd in line I wouldn't expect to wait an hour So Far...I wouldn't even be here waiting if fraud could do their job. Came into the branch a month ago and was told call the fraud line and contact the vendor first. Couldn't get through to fraud and of course scammer vendor didn't reply. After Another Charge I Waited 20 minutes on hold only to be told they can't do anything and given a fake number to call to fix the recurring fraud issue. Now I'm back at this circus trying to get it resolved or cancel my account or ANYTHING.

Stay away if possible...If I could put 0 star it would be more accurate. Very poor staffing ratio with aggressive sales team. Was told if I opened an account I would not have to wait in line for an hour. It was suggested that lack of staff is intentional to be used as motivation towards online or ATM banking.

I came in to discuss my account because I had a transaction on my account that was supposed to be credited back to my account. I have the receipt from the merchant that states $70 was supposed to be credited but Bank of America only credited back 50. So I take time out of my day and come in the office only to be told that they only have an hour before they close and have one other customer waiting so she couldn't schedule me an appointment to talk to an employee id have to come back tomorrow. So I try and explain to her my issue and she tells me that they don't handle those situations I'd have to call in. Then I explained to her that I have dealt with this kind of situation here before and she says oh well you would have to have an appointment. So what is it do you or do you not handle these situations Bad customer experience completely

Long lines both outside and in, both are moving slow on the third of the month because they only have 2 tellers working. Who runs this place?

Poor customer service. I have waited 15 minutes for someone to assist me with the bank accounts. They don't have an employee who can assist you to CHECK-IN. They do not have a specific check-in area. They give you incomplete informations. This is the worst place to go to. As in terribly a worst place. To see the tellers, the waiting line is extremely long, 30-60 minutes. They only have 2 tellers working everytime I go to this bank as always.

This place is the walmart of banks there is about 27 people in line and 1 bank teller. I also see 4 people talking behind not doing anything. I will never open a bank account here place is a joke.waited 45 minutes in line so they could tell me I couldn't cash my check and that they would do it if I open an account with them.never coming back
