We want to take the time out to give these three ladies(Penny, Brittney, Godys) the credit they absolutely deserve! U three ladies have been phenomenal! They have seriously went beyond and above to make sure our company received payment we rightly earned. We are very fortunate to have such a great team at us bank in our corner. Andrew and Godeleva are wonderful here. I’ve never been to a major bank that has been so dedicated to the customer experience. I truly felt like an important customer, and they have persuaded me to make US Bank my primary bank going forward!

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. When I explained my problem, they addressed it quickly and with full understanding. This branch is open seven days a week, and there normally is no wait. Keep it up!
