Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union Wilson Rd, Knoxville

I had the misfortune of getting an auto loan through them (the dealer wouldn't let me use another credit union as a lender), they charged me a late payment fee when I paid off the loan in full, even though my last and only statement showed that no payment was due. Tried to resolve the issue in person to no avail. Terrible Credit Union, don't use them.

I want to brag on the branch manager Kelly Copelan and the security guard that was at the Wilson Rd branch today. A long story but they helped me with a couple of personal things. After my business was done they talked to my grandson Joey and his wife Maddie and myself for a good 30 minutes. They treated us like we were all the best of friends. I also want to thank Cindy Floyd at the halls branch. I really would like to meet her in Person and thank her.

Best Bank in town been with them since they started.

Don't kno much about the employees n service because I have only been 2. But the store is very nice

Hey! I’ve had an account with this credit union for 3 years! I’ve never had an issue at all. Recently I was in and a woman just greeted me so friendly like. Mrs. Lusby I believe. She’s was just nice and made my day. I recommend this bank highly. Five stars!

Used to be with this bank for 15 years never had a problem until now and there's alot of theft that goes on in that credit union me and my dad were looking to buy a car with that money after we took almost 2000 dollars out the bank the theft took place between 9:45 am to 10:00 am and the bank teller pocket the money with Pam and the leader team checking footage on the security cameras she took me and my step dad out and pulled us to the side and said they checked the footage and counted there money drawers and they came out clean the bank manager and everyone else there had no interest in finding out where that money went to and the member services and phones are poor moved from Tennessee to Indiana and switched banks I'm at a new credit union now I bank with 3 rivers credit union in indiana and there way better than knoxville tva

Looking at good Friday hours but only shows holiday hours with no description of what that means

Not a member here, but went to inquire about an auto loan, and the lady (Jennifer?) was very rude and condescending. Would have opened an account and probably gotten a loan, but had 0 desire to work with someone like her.

Wished I would have said something. The "security guard" cop thinks he owns the place. I was trying to run numbers with a loan I was considering and most of my questions were left unanswered. My important questions forgotten from him being a distraction. She was also having a hard time talking over him and I feel like I missed out on important details. He harassed everyone that was walking in there, and he was standing right beside her desk the ENTIRE time I was trying to do my banking business. I felt my privacy was breeched and my time was wasted. I love working with TVA, BUT I will not return to this location because of the disrespectful cop. Please retrain him, he seems bored with his job and needs to be reminded not to harass people and be respectful of customers trying to do they're daily business with the bank.

Excellent customer service. Staff is friendly and polite.
