Misty was great in assisting me with my financing. Everthing with my loan was done between Superior and my sales center when I walked in and all I had to do was sign my paperwork.

Spoke with Leonard while applying and after applying for an auto loan. Applied for an auto loan offering 4000 down with a 670 score and a 2yr old bankruptcy. Was denied because of debt to income ratio. If you're self employed don't bother applying here. They only go by AGI and not Gross. Was told payments would be 600 a month on a 18500 dollar loan for 48 months. Do the math and that's almost 10000 dollars tacked on in interest. THATS USURY!!!!! The real frustration kicked in when calling to see why we were denied. We spoke with Leonard. He was very brief and short with us. Said it was denied because of debt to income ratio. When asked if he could go a bit further in detail and help us understand was told "i'm with a client". Finally, we drug what little information we could out of him. NEVER were we offered another option. We were not given the option for a longer loan period or a loan amount for our AGI. We were never asked if we could put more money into a down payment. NOTHING! I would never recommend going here for a loan. The company does not stand by what the site describes. Customer service was horrible. Options were zero to none. I know every situation is different but ours being 10000 in interest!? That's not okay! Even if approved we would have turned it down for that amount.

Misty did all the work to get me in my car, all I did was show up to sign papers, everything went super smooth in and out less than 10 minutes!

very professional, extremely polite........bought a vehicle and was given a loan in two days, even after i changed my mind in the middle of the process and chose a different car, they had no problem processing the new car and processing the loan in record time.

Called 2 times about renewal of my loan ..renee said she would call back never did ..i wont do business with superior again.

Paid off a loan that had my car as collateral. Never got my title back.after numerous calls over a year now I still can’t get them to release my title.

They call multiple times a day. Also send threatening texts to a person. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone I know
