Never had a bad experience with them. They sell cars to people with less desirable credit. Pay on time and everything is ok. They report on time payments to credit bureaus to help rebuild your credit. Dont blame your poor choice of car on them. You can get a bad car from any dealership. They have higher intrest rates because their customers have bad credit, it's that simple. I would recommend them to anyone looking to reestablish their credit. They've always been polite to me. If you're rude to somebody you are probably going to have them be rude back to you. Remember your financial issues aren't their problem. Make your payments on time be polite and respectful and always research the cars you're buying.

Had a great experience. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Sheila was great! So friendly and helpful. She walked us through the whole process and and answered all our questions. She really made the process easy and enjoyable! Will definitely be buying from them again!

If you value your credit choose someone else to finance you. This finance company is thru the dealer so they can sell you a lemon, said lemon blows up, dealer acts like they will put you in something else to maintain your credit but never comes thru. Consider all choices before going thru this company.

No issues here. I have financed three separate cars over the past decade with them. Helpful with rescheduling auto-draft dates if money is tight. Don't always get an answer when I call, but they have a message service when they get busy, and I've gotten return calls same day every time. ALWAYS call if you have a problem, they've been very accommodating.

This finance company is the ABSOLUTE worst. I got two cars from them after trading in two. The cars never get taken out of my name. Now I’ve traded the last piece of garbage I got from them into a reputable dealer who paid off the extremely high APR balance on the loan and they haven’t sent the lien release and “have no record of me or my purchase”. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle in Knoxville I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

They have been wonderful to us with the exception of one time when I was straight up called a liar and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Other than that they have been truly a saving grace.

I’ve bought 4 cars with this company and I’ve never had a problem with one of them. And if you want great service ask for Sheila. I absolutely loved working with her we shared many laughs and it was if I’d known her forever! This lady needs a raise because she goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and satisfied!

Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. Make your payments on time, and you will never have to deal with them calling you. I have two vehicles finance through Vantage & both are direct drafts from my bank account and I have never been harassed. Would have given 5 stars, but the interest rate is high (although that is the downside to having poor credit is high interest). They financed me after one month of my bankruptcy discharge, and since they do report to credit bureaus my credit have jumped up 80 points!

I really like the employees at Vantage Finance. Shelia and Michelle are very nice and understanding, One time in December i didn't have my payment they worked a deal out with me for a smaller payment for that month so I wouldn't get behind on my payments. I see alot of bad reviews on this business. I'm a very honest person. Please give them a chance, Dnt miss your payments and you will never hear from them. If something happens call them they will work with you. I give them 5 Stars. Excellent Jobs Shelia and Michelle!! I only have one 1 payment left and thinking about getting another one from them.

Pay on time and you’re good. Had no issues in that area. Two stars because customer service should always be top priority. Most who have worked in the service industry know customers are generally horrible people...you just have to roll with the punches. That said, my issue with vantage finance is that the reps never seem like they’re interested, they come off very rude and short. I never feel comfortable calling in. Thankfully I don’t have to any longer.
