This is the best branch in the entire south KC metro area! We went to three different branches in person, with my mother in tow, so we could remove her as custodian of an account and add my wife and none of the other branches could help us, until I spoke with Damonte Taylor at this branch. Within minutes, we had an appointment set up and he was able to help us get this done very quickly, even at 4:15 pm on a Friday with only a few hours notice. Highly recommend this branch and Mr. Taylor to handle your banking needs quickly and efficiently!

Inspite of the previous reviews, I and my friend went here for opening new bank accounts and the experience was amazing. The process was quick and manager was very polite.

Helpful and courteous. The bank manager extends himself to provide personal attention for services like notary. When we relocated to OP, he even attended our mortgage closing which was a big surprise. US bank has efficiently serviced our banking needs for years, but this branch stands above the others we have worked with.

Ask for Damonte! He always goes above and beyond the call of duty with customer service and he's extremely personalable as well as knowledgeable. Annie is fantastic as well and helped me set up a great car loan. Definitely head to this branch for down-to-earth and friendly treatment!

I do business with them several times per week. I have never had any trouble with my accounts. They are also very friendly and helpful.

I have not had to wait more than a few minutes at this branch to take care of business. The staff is always professional and friendly.

I will not go to this location if I can help it. The wait time is very long, and rarely are they ever busy. Their tellers are so transparently fake! They act all nicey nicey, often asking invasive questions, but it just comes off as totally fake. I know it is, because I had one of their fake nice tellers turn on me one day. Managers: train your tellers to be pleasant and professional, not fake, then rude. They are so transparent with their sugary sweet over-the-top behavior. I started going to a different US Bank location, and they are so much more professional.

Update: called "customer care line" Sat on hold, talked with a rep, told us same thing on phone again with no regard to his predicament. Still willing to let the entire account stay in default...CRAZY! Went to help a friend that was recently hospitalized without access to his accounts that received multiple overdraft fees, 8 × $39. He has his monthly bills taken from checking account automatically and has to submit his expenditures for assistance in advance. Due to his extended stay in the hospital and inability to access any electronic or phone he couldn't cover these. Branch manager basically stated bank policy on overdraft fees with no regard to the real human condition that existed in this instance to reduce them so we could clear the remaining account balance and close the account. If you want a bank that cares about your personal circumstances this is not it. We offered to clear the money paid to debtors if they cleared the fees. They chose to let the entire account bad debt to bank rather to work with a long time good standing customer.

Only one teller available and he was helping someone else that was sitting across the room, so obviously some more time consuming task and asked me to wait. Okay, so I had stepped back to wait properly instead of at the counter. Two other customers come in after me, first says "I have a question", teller answers it and tells him he is helping those other people and to wait. Another customer comes in but now other tellers come up and they wave the two customers after me up to the counter. I straight up said, nice and loud so everyone could hear me “uh KYLE (yes I made mental note of his name plate), these guys got pushed ahead of me!” He looked up all dumbfounded and argued with me saying no they were here before” (but my teenage daughter was with me and agreed that no, those men walked in the front doors after us thank you and Kyle was looking down at his task and was a bit condescending in his tone). But he did stop what he was doing and took care of our very quick deposit.
