I called to ask about insurance and was unsure about what I needed. Steven Lee was my agent. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Steven explained everything so that I could understand and make an informed decision. His personality, expertise and service was outstanding. My agent was fabulous! I'm a first time small business owner. My agent, Joseph, took his time to answer my questions, gave me time to think of what products would be most beneficial for my businesses needs, and did not make me feel rushed. He was great and the amount of research he did was fantastic. I feel like a I got a great deal. I never even heard of Mylo until I was transferred to them, but thankful I crossed paths with them.

The process of going through the brief questionnaire on the mylo site was painless. I saw a couple of preliminary quotes. Next I indicated that I wanted to be contacted by a Mylo agent and best way to connect. The Mylo agent was great and provided thorough explanations, we both asked each other good questions; good rapport. We got better home and auto insurance, with more coverage, for less than what we were paying our old insurance company. Very positive experience overall.

Mylo insurance is the way to go. I started my business in Oct 2021 and just now got my insurance. My doing because I wasn't ready but my agent waited for me. He didn't hound me he listened to my need's he answered all my questions he gave me the best price and I have a special kind of business and now I know that I am covered from the top to the bottom and if I ever need to ask any questions my agent is on speed dial. He will always be my agent. No one else. Mylo is the way to go. I wish they could take care of my other insurance needs. Who knows maybe I will call and ask tomorrow just to say hi to my agent Chris Allen. He was the best.

LegalZoom is partnered in some way with Mylo and recommended using them for my business insurance needs. I took that recommendation with a grain of salt because their partnership making the process of *finding* a policy easier is only part of my consideration. After speaking with the broker and seeing that he very clearly understood both the type of business I'm in and the appropriate levels of insurance I would need, the quote for the annual premium easily closed the loop for me. I hate shopping around for insurance. The minute you plug in your contact info, just to get a quote, you know you're gonna get spammed fast. We just started our own LLC. You’d think it wouldn’t be difficult to get a few annual policies quoted and paid, BUT was I wrong! After going through 3-4 underwriters attempting to give me more than double the coverage I needed, I found Mylo. The agent there was speedy, helpful and above all knowledgeable about what I needed. I will be going back to them for all my business needs in the future! Never again will I be quoted and nearly forced into a $10k+ premium for a small 3 person LLC!!!

Progressive gave me to other people who I did not care for. When I finally got the gentleman who made it simple I was super happy. He is the one I give super heads up for. If the other people were of Milo, I do not recommend them at all.

While they don't seem to have some coverages, my experience getting standard professional liability coverage was excellent and best price. I'd recommend including Mylo in every search for coverage.
