U.S. Bank Branch N Court St, Medina

It has been such a terrible experience with US Bank. I had this bank for over 20 years. The checking account management from this financial institution is simply terrible. I cancelled this account 1 month ago with a zero balance and I just received a call today from customer service telling me I owe $95 more dollars. I was very happy closing this account a month ago and now I still can’t shake this bank. So again, I will close my account with a special trip to the bank and pay the remainder of what they say I owe. I now have another bank and I am so happy I switched all my accounts. I guess I didn’t realize how bad the bank was until I switched. Thankfully it’s almost over.

U.s. Bank robbed me in 2020 during the pandemic now I'm getting letters saying I'm into the negative and I owe them even more money. Worst bank in the world! Some people can't go to the bank when there's a pandemic going on

I bank at this branch both personally and for my job and I absolutely love it! I’m so glad this branch is reopened! The girls are awesome and they make sure I am always taken care of!

For everyone that use us bank n any state please contact me on here or via my email that is currently displayed. We ate starting a class action law suit. If you want to be fairly treated, receive the monies back they took or stile from you, get back your ridiculous over draft fees, please respond let us be heard because clearly they don't care but i do. . . I recently got a car loan through US Bank and wanted to compliment Rikki for going above and beyond to help make that happen. She was curteous, friendly, and knowledgable. I highly recomend her.

Have you ever had your bank account charged fees unexpectedly? Were these fees ever a problem getting reversed with a great deal of run around? Have you had problems with your bank account getting blocked on several occassions without notice or apparent reason creating disorder in your daily life? Do you mind long wait times for simple ordinary queries or being put on hold alot? This particular branch fits all of the above. Management seems to act oblivious to or take any accountability for any mistakes.

Banks are about service and this particular US Bank tops the list. Fast friendly and helpful. They sort out my snafus with grace and warmth. They cheer me up on snowy days. They keep all the details of my various accounts exact and its done at an affordable rate compared to many other banks. The only thing I do not like is that there is no drive through. Otherwise, open on Sat and til 4 Mon-Thurs...it really helps. I think open later on Fri. Good folks in here. Staff has been there a long time and does a GREAT job!

Opened an account for my son awhile ago and was never told about a paper statement fee. Apparently I was supposed to turn this off online to avoid a fee. Didn’t know about that until now, two years later. They refused to refund the full amount and told me three months was as far as they could go back.
