Not to mention they were able to save me money on my car insurance. As far as switching insurance providers go, they made it quick and easy. They even took care of the cancellation with my previous insurance provider for me, so I didn't have to deal with that hassle. Recently discussed the possibility of a new insurance policy with Bert, and the experience was very pleasant. He was patient, informative, and considerate. Whenever I had a question, he did his best to answer fully and honestly, so that there was no confusion over what was or was not included in parts of the policy. Although we had a rather lengthy discussion, I did not at any point feel rushed or overly pressured into making decisions before I had a chance to go over the numbers on my own--and I'm grateful for that. Definitely recommend for customer service and care, but the policies are great, too!
