    Literally a 35 minute wait to deposit cash. 2:30 in the afternoon....not even during lunch-time and this placed is staffed with 2 people working the line (which went out the door), with an additional 1 person at the drive through, and 1 person sitting and enjoying what looked to be a conversation with a friend. Even if it was business-related, the person sitting there was in that spot when I arrived and continued to be there when I left. No go-getters here!

    Horrible biz support when they close at 4…. Not a single branch open on a Saturday or after 4pm… can’t get change orders or even make deposits. Will defiantly be switching banks…

The two Albertson's offices on Ross Lane and Phoenix Road are open Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. For your convenience, many transactions can also be completed digitally, 24 hours a day.     Don’t call. People are just in a tone and won’t even let you talk when you’re the customer. Some Jessica girl was so obnoxious and rude. I can’t believe a bank would have a customer representative so unprofessional

    I feel like the customer service and service at this location used to be super wonderful five star for sure. Over the last few years it started to decline this year obviously being the worst customer service and attitudes are absolutely horrible not welcoming. Also the drive-through was the biggest bonus for banking at this bank now you never know if they’re going to be open they close early and then especially if you get there within 20 minutes of closing the tellers are not happy and they show it all over their faces and with their Attitude.I feel like you guys can do better !

    Had to return to get a simple addition of a signer on a small account. Woman seemed informed but gave us wrong information . Called in and person on the main phone gave wrong information. Third time got a young man who finally sorted it out with the explanation that process had been changed erego the confusion. Speaks to poor management up line and poor training.

    My experience with this branch is been exceptional, top notch service. I came in to help someone with his account and the way we were treated, the professionalism Rocio and the staff show us, made me what it open my own account. I'm very happy and please with my new bank. Thank you !!!!
