Autumn was awesome! I really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. As a first time home buyer she was able to answer all of my questions 24/7 (and trust me I had a lot) and had the best team to work with. Everyone was very prompt with gathering all of the information they needed to process my application and eventually my closing documents. All I had to do was pick a house (which Autumn ended up finding for me) and after that it was a breeze. I never expected that buying my first home would be such a smooth transition.

I made a mistake, I meet the realtor who sold me this property but was friends with the seller of the property, I should’ve known better, I lived here for two months I notice things that the seller did not disclosed, So I asked Jason, the person in charge of Keller Williams realtor company in Medford South Oregon, he simply told me you signed dropping disclosure and we are no longer obligated to help you. I said to myself welcome to Oregon that’s all I got to say lesson learned. I don’t recommend Keller Williams Reality of Southern Oregon

Keller Williams itself is an awesome company, yet, one of its member realtors who helped me once stated to me that he was "disappointed" in the fact that I decided not to pull out of the offer on the house in which I now occupy, in favor of working with him. Furthermore, his wife went on to attack my wife and I on social media. I made no promises to him nor anyone else for that matter. I will work with Keller Williams itself and most of its other agents, yet, not with this particular one.

The reviewers for Keller Williams must not have dealt with Adam Rutledge, Autumn and their team. If I could give them more than 5 stars for promptness, attention to detail, and ease to work with I would! An amazing team!

I was referred here by a close friend and I was not disappointed at all. We worked with Jordan and Tabitha who went out of there way to make are buying process as easy and quick as possible. Thanks a Ton Jordan and Team.

My husband and I have used Danielle West at KW Realty in medford oregon for 2 sales and 2 purchases and have loved our experience with her so much we have recommended her to anyone we know that is buying or selling a home. We had one of our friends use her to buy their first home too. I love her relaxed professional approach to buying and selling a home and she has always been wonderful at answering all of my questions big or small. We looked at houses with 3 other agents that we were not happy with before Danielle was recommended to us by someone that's very well known in the local real estate business. We are so thankful for that recommendation! If you are looking for an agent that is honest, responds quickly to your questions and makes you feel like you are her number 1 client, then Danielle West is the agent for you. She may not have flashy billboards or signs all over town but she sold both our homes in less than 60 days and found us 2 wonderful homes and made it simple and thats exactly what we expect from a great agent! Whatever you do- do not use Danielle West! She is the worst real rate agent that we have ever had contact with. She is only in the business for her own selfish reasons. She never answered our calls when we needed her and I believe she did things behind our back that didn’t benefit us but rather benefit her. She wants money and that’s all.

Do not recommend this place, nor do I reccomend Danielle West. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to miscommunication, or appointment date/time had gotten mixed up, which was difficult as we were from out of town. Because we missed our appointment time, she decided to give us addresses instead of show us properties. The addresses she gave us were either not in our price range, or not the lot size we wanted, or even way out in the middle of nowhere, all of which we specified we did not want. I assume she sent us on a wild goose chase on purpose because she was upset that we had missed our appointment. Do not reccomend her, she is clearly unprofessional.

Adam Rutledge is a great realtor. Everything he told me was true. Signed 90 day contract sold in 10 days. Great job.

Returned my call quickly and answered my questions for a specific property. Will continue to with Keller Williams and staff to find a the right property.
