Well to start if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is not professional at all! I was getting some answers for my husband to get a loan and we were dealing with Amanda. When I first talked to her she had an attitude and I was just trying to ask questions so that there was no confusion. She gave the info and we decided we were going to do the loan and them something just didn't feel right so I ask Amanda more questions which she had an attitude and seemed to be put out. Well we decided to go in a different direction and I called Amanda and told her the news and she really had a bad attitude then. I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and treatment and she hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never do business with One Main because of Amanda!!! She does not need to be in customer service!

Applied on phone and the next day had an appointment made with Susan, went down on our appointed day and Susan WAS awesome from the time I had made the appointment to going in for the paper work. She made things so easy and answered all the question we asked it plain English, she and another co-worker stayed after the closing time to take care of us I would recommend going down and talking with Susan. The process was very easy and fast.

I needed help with getting my credit cards under control. I spoke with Amanda at the Medford branch. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or push me into getting a loan with them. If I ever need their services, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this business.

Was told I could get a 6200 dollar auto loan for weeks now, got calls checking on the process of finding a car and so on. When I finally found a car they said great what’s the details on the car and we will have you come down and get going. So I get off the phone, only to get another call from them 30 seconds later (after weeks of searching for the right car) saying hey based off your income “again” (they should have known this to begin with) we can only do a personal loan for 2700. Thanks for giving me false hope. And from what I see on the ratings and interest I’m so glad I didnt get it. Rip offs for sure and liars.

When requesting employment status they really should be more respectful of another business' rules. Not everyone who answers phones is authorized to give this company a "simple" Yes or no answer. There is such a thing called HIPPA Onemain, and every company has their way of protecting their employees.

Edit of my harsh review. I did pay off my loan in full. I am leaving 3 star because it was not clear before hand that I did pay it off from though who helped me, as well the paper work is written in a way that causes confusion. Which is dishonest. This is not against the workers at this store, but against the whole company. I would not recommend it, but as a last resort. They will solicit you a lot after your in. Which you can ask to stop but I will see if that works.

This was back in March when covid first hit the Jackson Josephine county areas and I was laid off I called the office to try and get some help. I was coming up on my payment for the month of April and wanted to let them know In advance that I was laid off with no return date in sight. The lady yeld at me saying it wasn't her fault or onemains fault and that I had to pay when the bill was due. I yeld back at her WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO FEED MY FAMILY OR PAY YOU no compassion or heart this woman had and little did I know she did or onemain DID have options for me. Very rude and Thuggy might I say I was glad to move from the area and not ever have to deal with her again. Onemain charges 134% intress on Monday ey they lend just go without.ive been paying them for almost 5 years with no end in sight

I started out recieving a call from Susan and she was very nice, however she was going on vacation and I was passed on to the manager Jason and he would not return my calls and it took more than 24 hours to fund my loan. I did not feel like Jason was personable at all.

.They called me to renegotiate a loan that I only took out of pure desperation Lets face facts who is gonna take a loan where you end up making a $256.00 a month payment only to have 80.00 a month coming off the initial loan. Mind you I have paid this $256.00 a month for 2 years now. Never once being late on a payment. Well let me tell you -ONE MAIN- said that they are unable to get my loan renegotiated to pay a lower amount... because I CANNOT afford my payments!!!. .

The personable service they give is outstanding! Jason and Amanda were excellent taking care of my needs and explaining all the details. Thank you
