    They truly deserve all the one-star reviews. This branch (if not the entire U.S. Bank) has obviously serious issues. Employee who responded to me went out of his way to make things difficult and was quite rude. More like a tragic joke than an actual business.

    Went in to open a savings account after I have a few accounts already with them and they said no one was available but the person behind me walked to a different person and got to open another account right away. Went to commerce and they got me helped right away.

    Horrible experience. I went in to cash a check from U.S Bank and the teller, I didn’t get her name but she is a skinny white short hair blond lady helped me and she has the nastiest attitude toward me. She told me she didn’t have time to help me. So I waited in the lobby and the customer service reps just stared at me didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help. They just hid behind their computers. So I got back up and asked if there is anything she can do for me to cash this check and she got a really bad attitude and said no one can help you here. I personally feel very upset because I was wearing my traditional Mexican clothing and I felt like she was being rude to me only because to other customers she would greet them nice. I was planing on opening an account there but if that bank is going to have employees like that then I will just take my business else where. I did tell her she needs to treat customers with respect and she has a nasty attitude so I hope she follows me advice with future customers.

    Had one person working the counter and one person working the drive through at 230pm today. Tons of people waiting. No other associates to help. Happens almost every time I have to visit this establishment. Get some employees in here!

    Works bank ever!! Every aspect is horrible. Form the customer service all the way to the bathroom not working. And yes I have been here that long to only find out the bathroom doesn't work. None of the employees know what they are doing. Don't waist your time with these clowns

    The one thing the bankers in this branch are consistent on is being unreliable. One beats around the bush with some questions when applying for a credit card. One greets you but takes someone ahead of you that came in after you. I've only had one satisfied experience after many and I don't have the luxury to visit over and over so the bankers can keep resolving issues that should have been done right from the start. If a banker tells you over the phone to see them personally, don't waste your time waiting on that banker to free up. Take anyone you can get. They should all be capable of doing the same things. No exceptions. I wish I didn't have to switch from Chase to this lame bank. Unfortunately, a Chase doesn't exist in this state. I hate this place and the customer service (or lack of) provided by the bankers makes me despise the bank entirely. Customer service isn't just about being pleasant or saying nice things. That seems to be the only thing people are good at here but when it comes to being thorough when taking care of you, they're lacking.

    Been banking there for over 20 years and raised location is the I've ever been treated. And the current manager was a B if I ever saw one. No customer service skills at this branch. I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the chance. No resolution but when I called the 1800 number the problem was fixed within 5 mins

    Excellent service Ricardo helped me activate my card and make some deposits he was very kind to me and if I recommend this bank it is a good bank and to this day the services of this bank have been excellent for me

    My mom went into this bank on a Saturday to get a signature on an insurance check, her mortgage company recommended this bank and the teller told her they didn't have time to help her. They were to busy and they closed in an hour. Then she said go to the Price Chopper branch because they probably weren't busy... She went to the Price Chopper Branch and it took 15 minutes and they were very PLEASANT and helpful there!!!!

    The slowest bank I have EVER seen! Customer service is unfriendly…bordering on rude and they are very slow moving. I know help is hard to find but this is a bank (a professional business I put my money in to) and it needs more than two people working the windows.

    I walked out and left a cashiers check on the counter; they contacted my employee immediately so I could retrieve it. My wallet was stolen 2 days before Christmas; no ID and no cash. They allowed me to use my work badge to retrieve some cash. They ask about my kids and family in the drive through. US Bank and this particular location has been my bank for 15 years. The employees are helpful. I will always be loyal.

    Wish I could leave no stars! Their ATM NEVER works and when it accepts cash deposits, it takes the money and doesn't actually deposit it in your account to which then you're required to wait 10 days to get your money. Some people also work bankers hours and rely on the ATM, it should work 99% of the time, not be down 99% of the time! Horrible customer service!
