Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W 119th St, Olathe

I don't even bank here, but my job does. There is only ever one person who helps people. And always ladies just sitting in the side rooms at their computers. The drive thru was shut down, which is a minor inconvenience, but still annoying for people who are on the go. Slowest banking I've ever experienced... and no, talking to me in line and asking me how my day is doesn't make me feel better about waiting.

All I did was try to cash a check from a Bank of America customer and since I didn’t have an account with them they said no can’t do anything for you. To get out of here now! Just said this is a Bank of America check I just need you to cash your own check. The manager said take it to your bank get out of here and never come back!! I hope everyone wakes up and empties their Bank of America accounts today and goes to a credit union to get treated like you deserve! If I had an account with them they would have taken care of it with a smile! Greedy bad business! Zero stars

Worst bank in the world. Every time I come in here there is a problem of some kind. I don't understand how any person can bank with these scammers. They well nickel and dime you for everything. Then wait in line for 20-30 min with 1 or 2 cashiers while the management stands around and greeting you or standing around in the back instead of helping out. Poor customer service. Wake up people find a new bank that doesn't legally rob you blind.

I have had quite a few bad experiences. They almost never have the people I need on staff. The tellers are pretty hostile and slow to help. They never seem to explain things completely resulting in more than one trip.

Every time I have been to this branch I have been treated with disregard and disrespect and today was no exception. There can be 10 people standing around and they act like you're inconveniencing them. I called after I left my visit and was HUNG UP ON. So incredibly unprofessional.

The problem about this location is the waiting. You could stand there waiting almost forever.

Literally the worst BofA I’ve ever been to. So rude except the teller lady. It was close to closing time 2 tellers were in the office just sitting on their phones chatting while a long line in the lobby. Another lady was diligently cleaning alone. Also, how does a bank close at 4pm on a week day?! Definitely don’t prefer this location.

In the front Door says is open Friday 9am to 5pm but is not true 😠

I get its a Friday and no one wants to stay later than they have to. I had everything I needed to change the name on my account. Waited for a personal banker and when one was available she wanted to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Don't expect them to wait past business hours to help a customer.

I usually go to the other one but recently moved and this location was way closer. Anyway I walked in the cash a check, I asked the lady if she would cash it in and then put the cash in my account. The lady loudly groans and tell me that it takes more time. She asked do I want to have cash or put the check in my account. One or the other I guess. I don't understand what the problem is because the people at Sante Fe have a long line and always go the extra. There was 1 person behind me and she didn't want to take a couple extra minutes. Shame!!
