I frequently visit this branch and I must say the staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. I admire their willingness to assist me in my transactions and trust me I know I can be a handful when it comes to my banking! I have a large family so we have a lot of accounts at CapFed and have been account holders for over 30 years. I especially like the young girl that works, there she is very nice and helpful and she always knows how to help me, she really knows her stuff. I admire their professionalism and you can’t beat the late hours they stay open, even on Sundays! I recommend opening an account with CapFed!

This is the worst "bank" i've ever been to. First I've been with this corporation for more than 5 years and I've never been treated like my loyalty is anything when there are thousands of other amazing banks out there! Second their staff is racist and extremely rude (I HAVE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH), I can't believe they still hold positions. My last few experiences were so terrible, i'm closing my account the minute my rent goes though. WORST "'BANK" EVER! P.S. The brown haired, female teller with the biggest attitude is not a good look for CAPITOL FEDERAL either.

Banking with them is great they are very attentive and pleasant no matter when you drop in. Very helpful if you have problems and don’t make you feel like a bother.
