U.S. Bank Branch Hartsel Dr, Colorado Springs

I have banked with us bank for over 20 years. I tried to deposit a check that required my husband's signature but for personal reasons he couldn't sign it, and the bank manager treated me dismissively and rudely and wouldn't even discuss options with me, just shooed me along. So I have a check I can't deposit and don't know what to do with - not my fault my husband is unable to sign. I'll have to call the national number to figure out what to do, or try to get the check reprinted. Super unhelpful and rude when they didn't need to be, she could have at least explained what i needed to do to get it deposited. 0/10.

This branch of US Bank, by far, is the most efficient bank in the Colorado Springs area. The manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I've worked with other banks in the area and US Bank far exceeds the best customer service I've yet to encounter.

Argued with me about the US Bank app and what information the app provided.

Perry the teller was as slow as possible . As if he didn't know how to do a simple deposit. I stood in front of him as he tried to figure it out for more than ten minutes.. he also offered me an account balance to another person's account! Luckily it's my uncles account... Very poor customer service skills. I asked if there was a problem and all he would say was oh no I got it . Really why am I still here then??? Fifteen minutes to make a deposit ? Wow!

I've tried to get a loan for months that I'm very well qualified for to no avail. I would say the service has just been terrible but it's more that it's non-existent.

Based on my experience, this is third world service. Next to being at the DMV during new years, if I didn't have to use this bank I would never go out my way to bank with USA BANK. I've only seen two staff members helping a huge line of cars. God I feel so bad for them, the place to cheap to hire more help. Is perfect for your retired great grandparents.

I'm finished with this bank. No matter what check I bring to them, they just can't cash it. Payroll, personal, government, doesn't matter. They put everthing on hold indefinitely (typically like 4 business days) over draft fees are brutal here, and they still charge me for paper statements and I've got online and turned those off 100 times. They have/had a manager guy who was awesome, and Joann is amazing. The other staff is replaced weekly it seems like. The other 3 banks in my shopping center will cash my paychecks, in other words give me cash, not clear me for $100 and hold my other money for a week. Closing my account monday. Im not happy.

Deposited a check, gave the kids some nice cold water bottles and candy and we're gone! Thanks! For some reason the management at the Stetson hills branch couldn't figure out how to do it, but this branch knew how to keep their customers happy.

I have been a US Bank client for 20 years and love this branch. GW is amazing with every question I have ever had. They are always polite and professional. I would suggest them always.

Better and quicker service than any of the other in town locations!
