Got a great rate. Closed extremely fast with no issues. Documents were able to be signed at our home (very nice). We had a unique condition that was important to us that other companies stated was a requirement to complete the refinance. Apple Mortgage was the ONLY company that was willing to check into this and they were able to get us a waiver so we could proceed with the refinance! What more could you want.
