I just want to share my recent experience about my bank. Aventa Credit Union. I have been with them since 2019 when they finance me for a car loan. They have made this process easy This is how I opened my account. I recently had my account scammed and they right away assisted me on what I needed to do. They closed my old account opened a new account, issues me a new card. Advised me in what other steps to take in this situation. They have just been so Positive for me. Because of what happened. I just want to Thank them all! Every one of them!. If I missed any names I'm sorry. Angela, and Jerry, I just thank you all so much!!! I recommend anybody if you want to have a safe account and seriously caring people Aventa Credit Union would be my first stop.Thank you again Aventa!!

I am most pleased with this call. Rafael was amazing in helping me understand my account and answering my questions about credit, which is a little confusing for me. He explained it perfectly and displayed patience while I absorbed the information and received clarity. This was the best call I’ve ever had with a bank. Usually it’s tedious and draining. Rafael had a positive attitude and a very welcoming vibe which made the whole process move quicker and left me feeling amazing and confident in having all my questions answered. Thank you so much!

Aventa has excellent customer service with very kind & courteous employees. I've worked with Bri & Angela so far & they have both been so helpful & kind. I really appreciate that. I also love that they have awesome interest rates compared to traditional banks that give you no return on your money. Thanks Aventa!

Never have I ever been called by the CEO of a company because of a bad experience. Nate and his team are amazing! Shoutout to Brianna and Chris for bringing the best customer service on a consistent basis! You all keep doing what you’re doing!

I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent customer support I received from Angela's service she provided on Monday when I called in with a concern in reference to my bank account. Angela's attention to detail, great communication skills, and I felt like she was smiling our whole phone conversation made the experience even better than I expected. I won't hesitate to talk about Aventa Credit Union to friends and colleagues just because of the interaction I had with Angela. In a time were we are still stressing over COVID concerns I appreciate being able to talk to such a caring person , she really made my interaction with her and the Credit Union memorable.

I cannot say enough great things about Aventa. Every time I call, they are quick at handling my questions and the loan department has some of the most genuine people that value us as clients. 10 out of 10 recommend using them as your preferred credit union. Thank you for a great experience!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I had an auto loan through this credit union. Through the duration of my loan the customer service was always terrible, consistently talking down to me. When I traded the vehicle in, Aventa did not know which account to put the money that was payed by the dealership into, and still took out a payment from my regular bank. It took a week for Aventa to figure out what had happened then when they refunded the money that they had taken out, they added it into an account that was through their bank. They stated that they could not get the money back into the account that they took it out of to begin with.

By far the worst bank I have ever used. Customer service is terrible. Either poor communication or just lacks the necessary skills to do the job. My debit card needs to be replaced about every 3 months because the strip/chip stop working. Then it takes 2 months to get the new one. They say if I chose to get it overnighter they cannot give me a temporary card. Based on how long it takes to get a replacement I have zero confidence in their time frame. As last time they told me it would be 7 to 10 days. And it's already been 2.5 months. My temporary card doesn't work at all at the atm, and I am unable to ever make it during business hours as I work in Denver. I have called to try to get it unlocked so I could deposit money, they said it's done. And to no surprise, it still doesn't work. I was able to make it one day to talk to someone, they said call this number to reset the pin. When I call the number, they said they can't help me. Go to my bank. To sum it up, don't waste your time with this bank. Any option out there would be less of a headache. Closing account asap.

Jesus was extremely helpful during the process of getting a car loan. This was a difficult time for our family and he made everything go smoothly and communicated wonderfully. Thank you so much for all your help!
