The reason I gave Top Dollar Pawn five stars is because there wasn't an option to give them 10 stars. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great firearm selection at very competitive prices, and the same goes for the jewelry selection.

Friendly, helpful staff. Prices overall are reasonable and their payment for items is fair. My only one complaint is that there are too many items to choose from! Lol

Was in this location a couple of weeks ago and had a five star experience. Went in today and it was the exact opposite. Had two different people help me, and they both had to “go ask someone”. Both came back and said they weren’t interested in what I had to offer. Well, in my 20+ years of sales/customer service experience, you should always figure out a way to help your customer. The person that helped me last time I was in, said the management/owner were cruel and disrespectful to their employees, he mentioned he put in his notice and quit. Sounds like this place needs a consultant. I’m available at $50/hour

Called ahead and told them what I had. I had collectible Hotwheels cars. They said they would be happy to take a look at it and that they "sell Hotwheels all the time." 15 minutes later, I showed up and they said they don't sell at all and refused to take a look at them. And yet they wonder why people don't like pawn shops. Wish I could rate this place lower.

I come here when I want to get amazing deals on movies and games but they offer great prices on everything else as well! On top of that if you ask for a deal they will totally hook you up. Laid back, friendly crew with excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff here at Top Dollar Pawn. I had fallen on some hard times before I moved to Colorado springs. I had to pawn my GT Avalanche MTN Bike and a cheap necklace. The staff members at Top Dollar Pawn have been really great to me. They have always given me way more time to make my payments and have always had my back. I have had a rough time getting back on my feet. This pawn shop could have easily made more money selling my items but instead of doing so, they have really cared about me as a person and have gone to great lengths to really help me out. (Really more then they should have) I really do appreciate all of them so much. I have also purchased a few small items and they have always given me a terrific deal. They have also purchased some small items from me just so I can have gas money and have always helped me out with a few extra bucks. I owe a huge thank you to the staff at Top Dollar Pawn for always helping me out way more then they needed to. They are outstanding people. They have great intergity as people and as a business. I will always be a customer with Top Dollar Pawn and I give them my Highest Recommendation.

I was told it would take 3 to 4 business days for refund. I got my statement from credit card company and there was no refund after 3 weeks. Owner made it seem my fault because I didn’t tell him until I got my statement back. Also sign announcing must wear mask to enter store. The store @ 275 s academy where this owner is located at doesn’t wear a face mask nor does at least one of his employees Makes me wonder what other laws he’s breaking. Will not do business there again!

Like I said in the store, I always check reviews but hardly leave them. Anna though totally made the experience 5 stars. She answered all my questions, assisted me in the best most helpful ways possible and connected with me on a personal level. You honestly cant get better than that. Anna, I hope you know and your boss knows that you’re an absolute keeper! Will absolutely return and recommend for people buying or selling.

Ripped off paid interest in advance even paid down loan in advance charged more than the loan to get my items back. Called owner numerous times when he refused to go over accounting and made mistakes confirming they over charged in conversation I have the receipts and he still will not correct the simple issue. These guys were banning people from the store for wearing masks because the government told them legally to force masks for a while due to the pandemic. Also they're now getting investigated for knowingly selling stolen goods. Good christian values, these guys

Went in to look for a few guns to buy. It took 20 minutes before i started asking for help. Then i was greeted buy a guy that had "other stuff" to deal with. I waited 10 more minutes before i left. While i had all that time to look around i noticed that guns are extremely overpriced, i could go buy some of the guns cheaper at a name brand shop for less money bran new. Looked like they had a good selection but i assume its because all of their guns are overpriced. Consider hiring better employees for a better business. If somebody was making me feel welcome i would've spent hundreds.

Prices are outrageous. Have also been treated very rudely here, but I’m not giving my review based on that it’s just their prices.

They had the nerve to play Christian music.it’s 20% of your original pawn loan every month. 300.00 is 60.00 a month. 120.00for two months. I spoke up and about got kicked out for telling others how much I paid. I do not advise using their service . It was all for a scooter. So I paid 578.00 for a scooter listed as 378.00. It’s a scam

came in to this place in a bind and close to closing. Thankfully Faith had no problem helping . I never feel rushed and always leave satisfied with a pawn or instore purchase. Top dollar came in the clutch for me tonight so big thanks Faith

Originally was gonna be a 1 star review but the owner in the end did end up agreeing to a full cash refund. However I realized after testing other receivers, doing some research found out that the receiver I bought from them was indeed fully functional. That it was not the shops fault nor the receiver, it was mine. I argued with them until I was blue in the face and the owner. In the end after realizing I was wrong I can’t in good conscious return it for a cash refund, idiots like me need to do more research. These guys worked with me on price and explained multiple times no cash refund but I still threw a fit when things didn’t work out. While they may not be the most perfect at customer service, they were in the right. Honestly I would probably bump it up to 5 stars. But most people skim through 5 stars, and ignore one stars. So if more people see this review, read and heed. Do research and be grateful they offer any sort of return. It’s pretty protection then those on Craigslist. Keep up the patience against guys like me people of top dollar pawn!

Great pawn shop, have gotten a lot of good deals here, they have so much stuff you're likely to find what you want or don't want.

First off maybe turn the sign off when the store is closed, they have this blinding LED sign out front that said open until 7 and a open sign in the window but when you get to the door it said they close at 5:30. I don't know how the prices are compared to the location across town but they are asking way to much for what they got. Maybe that's why the store has so much junk in it. Lower prices sells more product.
