They made promises as to when the loan would be processed and funded and were not able to keep those promises. The process took about 3 weeks to close the loan. They sat on my application, and then requested more paperwork, which I quickly provided (same day I believe), and then took longer than promised to process that paperwork. They promised they could close the loan on a particular day, and then once I arrived let me know that it would be later than night, or I could wait around for a few hours. I told them I'd come back the next day and they said it would be ready the next day. I called back the next day and they stated it wouldn't be ready until the following day. They seem to like to make lots of promises and don't even remember what they tell people just so that people don't go to a competitor. They will tell you what you want to hear, rather than the truth. Only go here if you are in a bind. If you have other options, seek those out first. They didn't even tell me the structure of the loan they wanted to give me until after the approval, and it wasn't a structure I was willing to sign off on, so I went with a different option than the original loan they offered. They are nice, but not truthful.

My work works with this company. They refuse to answer the phone when we call from the store number. They will only answer if we use our personal phones. When we do get a hold of them, they are rude and short. It takes forever for them to review applications. They don't respond to messages. You can drive by the location in the middle of the day when they are supposed to be open and no one will be there. The corporate office is hardly any better. I will never personally use this company.

Stay away buyer beware they set you up to fail. I paid off my loan they owed me a refund but instead they charged me a fee to avoid refunding me the overpayment.

These liars have no concern for their customer! They just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I forgot my loan was set up on auto pay, so I accidentally paid it twice on my first payment. When I contacted them about this, they told me my overpayment would be applied to my next month's payment. The next month rolled around and they charged me for what I was told I was all ready covered. I called the office and spoke with a manager. I asked that my overpayment be put to the principal. I was told "They'll see what they can do" and never heard from them again. I just got my monthly statement and see they did nothing of what i was told they would do. Not one extra penny went to the principal like I had requested for my overpayment.

Absolutely terrible communication. Was told we could fax documents, then when it came time to fax everything suddenly we weren’t allowed to fax. All the information they gave us essentially was false. We couldn’t even go through with the loan because they kept changing the ways we had to do things. Literally had our credit taken down a notch for nothing. Don’t waste your time here.

Went to the south location in Colorado Springs, worked with a women named Magic. I give her 10 out of 10. Very friendly and kept me up to date on everything. Overall the loans are high interest, what do you expect for a personal loan. I would not recommend holding on to the loan. Pay it off ASAP and you won’t have to pay full interest. Overall they helped me when I needed money and that is all that matters.

I have had a loan with Lendmark Financial for the past 4 years and have had a great experience with this Colorado Springs office. They have been very professional and helpful at all times that I needed assistance with my account.

We do plenty of business with this group and appreciate them for helping clients find loans for automobiles or personal loans that most other banks can't do. People complain about high rates..that's the trade off for no credit, bad credit, maxed out credit, or limited credit. They are a great way to get established and always help our dealership's clients out.
