Had to wait in the office for a couple of hours because no one can figure out how to do anything the systems kept having issues and then the computers kept having issues and it was just a complete nightmare. Then after waiting for so long they end up telling me that they can’t cash my check because they can’t verify your name I told them that they can call the business to verify that the name is right and nobody would do it. The girls working there were nice but extremely disappointing with the lack of help

I brought a veteran friend that I served with to cash a check. She was in possession of a VALID dependent military ID. The lady behind the counter tried to tell her that she needed a “valid military ID”, to which my friend looked at her puzzled and asked what ID she needed. Long story short, without so much as explaining, she kicked my friend out of the store. It’s truly disheartening that in a military town that some individuals can not identify a military dependent ID card, VA card, or CAC card.

Went into apply for a payday loan today Veronica told me I had to do a Pre qualification online before she did anything at the store.I did it and it didn't wanna except my zip code which is 80917.she then tells me I've been denied because of my info and to go to money tree..I felt from the min i walked in she just didn't wanna do anything ..Such a lazy employee!

Monica is most definitely the best person I have ever dealt with when it comes to getting a payday loan or any type of help. I will definitely be coming back in the future for more help.

I have been using CHECK INTO CASH for over a year now and Veronica the manager has always been super friendly and helpful whenever I needed some fast cash. Check into cash has great rates and is super fast. I highly recommend this location.

Went in to cash a check from my church, no biggie. Waited outside in 30° weather until one very rude woman came and checked my government issued ID card. She wrote down all my info on her paperwork, proceeded to wait another few minutes before unlocking the door and allowing me in. Once she treated the customer in front of me like absolute garbage it was my turn. I gave her the check and not only the ID card she checked before even allowing me in the store I gave her another government issued ID card. I served fifteen years, I am a veteran and have never had an issue. She then with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude told me they couldn't accept my two government issued ID cards. I went right down the road to Ace and had my money in less than five minutes. Please don't waste your time or energy with this place. I'm mortified by the way they not only treated myself but the very kind and patient man in front of me.

I called before I arrived to see what was needed to take out a small loan. I had everything I needed before arriving. When I arrived I was informed I didn’t have what was needed. She was very aggressive in her tone and barely let me speak. The whole process took 45 mins and made me very late for my appointment. Once I found out I was qualified for more money than I wanted, she tried to force me to borrow more . I will never borrow from them again
