Raymond was absolutely fantastic! We completed a build, but given the current circumstances it was quite delayed. A Traverse came in, similar to what we built, and Raymond and the very pleasant finance lady were all over it! The showroom floor car had a few additional features than the one we built, but I still got a great deal on it and Raymond made sure he got me all the rebates and discounts that were applicable, so my car payment was actually less than I anticipated! The most impressive part of this experience: I’m an active duty spouse with 3 children, one of which is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well sitting in the same space for hours on end. My husband was out of town on orders. I explained this to Raymond, he promised he would do his best once we arrived to expedite the transaction… I was literally in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and 37 minutes. AND Raymond followed me home in my old car when I realized I didn’t bring a garage door opener (it was programmed to the car) and needed the old car to let us in to our home. Talk about a red carpet experience! This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had, and I get a new car every 3-4 years or so, so that says A LOT!!! If you’re looking for a straight shooter, someone who is not really going to play the games around the numbers and someone who is going to listen to your needs and priorities first, you can’t go wrong with Raymond at Mike Maroone Chevy North! Honestly, in my extensive buying experience, you can’t really go wrong with Mike Maroone Chevy at all! Their customer service and willingness to resolve issues (even in the service department) have always been top notch, which trust me, you won’t find at all dealerships. If you’re looking for a vehicle, no games and no nonsense, give them a shot.

So this was my first time buying a Chevy and was very skeptical about it especially because I’ve owned 5 different Ford vehicles but The whole experience working with my Sales Rep (Lawrence) and Finance (Marcus) was just great. Not only was it just a smooth transaction but they were even able to get me a better rate then what I was originally approved on my own. Highly recommend North Mike Maroone. The only issue I would say I had and I understand it’s not the dealerships fault due to the Chip Shortage, but was the fact that I had to wait for a vehicle to come in and was delayed for a few days longer then expected but other then that 100% great!!

I had a great experience helping my daughter purchase a Jeep from this dealership. I had quite a few questions and they answered them all. They were willing to work with me and my daughter so a reasonable payment could be arranged. In addition, the items I requested to be repaired got repaired in a timely manner. My daughter is very pleased with her new vehicle.

I was in the market to buy my first brand new car. This Chevy dealership had the best selection and also had exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend and I decided to road trip to Colorado for the weekend to see if we could get my first car bought. Cheryl took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. She was wonderful to work with when I purchase my vehicle a little under 2 years ago. Her and her team were awesome to work with. They were very helpful in everything they did from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I’m sure it’s not everyday your sales lady gets a call with questions regarding your vehicle you bought from them 2 years ago. Jordan ( Sales ) helped us get into the Jeep we have been wanting for some time. He was not pushy. I think I liked that he cared about our wants more than anything. Most sales people try and push you into something more expensive or something completely opposite than what we asked originally and he didn’t. We will be back for sure! Mindy (Finance Lady) was also very nice and held great conversations.

I've have been working with Mike Maroone North for ten months trying to get a new vehicle. When the vehicle with options I wanted became available to order, I put down a deposit and placed an order, over five months ago. My order was never delivered and it took over two months for them to tell me it had been recalled...supposedly. The new car manager, Josh Gunter, then told me he put my name on another vehicle. Josh never returns my emails or phone calls and told me he doesn't always check his email so I visited him in person. He first lied to me about still waiting for the vehicle for me to be delivered and then when I pressed him to look up the vehicle by order number to give me a status update, he told me they sold the vehicle to someone else. Lots of change over at this dealership. The general manager has changed since I have been working with them. Also, the new car sales manager. As well as my salesperson quit. Communication is poor, follow through is terrible, and they are dishonest. Just be aware of the type of people you're dealing with if you buy from this dealership.

Our service rep, Michael, did a great job. Kudos to him. He was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the attention to detail regarding the tire installation was not very professional. The technician did not reset the tire monitor, and required me to return to the dealership (I'm not close by). And, the wheels were a mess! Had to spend a lot of time cleaning them up from all the grease. Would've been appropriate to clean the grease off the wheel prior to returning to the customer. This car is a Corvette, and the tires were very expensive. I'd expect a Chevy dealership to pay more attention. Not the first time this type of thing has happened at this dealership. Will only go when absolutely necessary in the future.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, hands down. Chris and his team at Mike Maroone North, were not only able to get me in the next day but provided a detailed synopsis of the problem and got my 2012 Silverado running like a brand new truck instead of the 10-year old it is. The knowledge of the team and experience got me in-and-out within a day, on a fix that two other dealerships had not been able to identify or resolve. To top off it off, I received a call from the service lead while he was on vacation to ensure I knew my vehicle was ready to pick up and get me back on the road. I will be taking my truck to Chris and his team every time from here on out! Definitely recommend for anyone not only in Colorado Springs but all of El Paso county!

Awful experience with no consideration of the customer. I was traveling for work and my 2021 Tahoe started to have a metallic sound coming from it starting at about 40 mph. I have 35,600 miles on it and the manufacturers warranty is up at 36K. Knowing I would be over that mileage driving home to Dallas I made an appointment at the dealership to have it checked out. When I arrived, they let me know that they would need to keep my vehicle until Monday to check it out. I could not leave it that long and kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment. I asked if they could notate in the system that I brought it in within the 36k miles so the Dallas dealership could take a look and know that it happened within the warranty period. The very unhelpful Michael said he would not do that as it wouldn’t matter because I would be out of warranty and Chevy would not honor it. I asked if they had a loaner and he said they do but in a smug tone said “But you will be about number 8 on the list” so not an option. They basically said screw you and the $80k you spent with us. I left. Called the manager and texted him, his name is Rich but received no response. Clearly they don’t put customers first. This is my 5th and last Tahoe; any Chevy for that matter. Ford here I come and thanks to Michael and Rich for showing me just how pathetic this dealership is. The worst part is I am being transferred here and this is the closest Chevy Dealership and where I would be buying cars for my wife, teenage boys and self! A poor attitude, unwillingness to help and a negligent supervisor just cost this dealership 4 cars every two years. Jokes on them!

I started my process with the Buyer, Michelle, who was extremely attentive and helpful in the process of my trade. She then led me to my sales rep, Jordan, who was wonderful. Buy your next car from him! I felt a really genuine vibe from Jordan and he helped me get into my dream vehicle. Lastly, I want to shout out Jem in Finance - she was truly a pleasure to work with. Overall great buying experience. Update: went in for minor service this morning. Service techs were so kind and FAST. Still happy thus far.

Came to an agreement on price on a new vehicle. Got a text telling me congrats on our new purchase and a link to look up insurance quotes. Got out of work early to go pick up the truck and found out a few minutes earlier the management had called my wife and said they decided to change their mind on our agreement and would no longer honor the price. They had another buyer lined up who would pay more. Absolute horrible management who went back on our agreement. Even our salesman couldn’t believe what management did and told me they should have honored the deal. I will never consider this dealership again for sales or service. Greedy, unprofessional, jerks. Purchased a CPO Jetta from Raymond was awesome to work with very helpful on working with me all the way in Denver was able to get me great info about the cars I was interested in at the time and even worked with me on getting my new car delivered to my house! The dealership staff is very friendly and wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. I ended up buying a BMW X5 that was used and it was having problems and they took it back since I was not happy with it and made sure I got something else that was better. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership if you looking for a great deal on a vehicle and want a simple no bs approach to buying a car. Will not be taking my truck to be serviced here any longer. Brought in my 21 Sierra 1500 Duramax for a 15k mile service on Tuesday, 3/29/22. Cheapest option for oil and filter change was over $200, and the following day the truck notified me that my wiper fluid was low and my driver side rear tire was low. The day after it was serviced which supposedly included tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Makes me wonder if the oil and filter were even changed if they didn't check wiper fluid or tire pressure.

This is the third time I have been greatly disappointed with your shop and will not be returning. We purchased a truck from your sales side less than a year ago - 2018 Certified Pre-owned. Every time I bring it in for an issue, it is always a battle of some kind. The first time we were without our truck for 4 days and the weekend, because your service associate couldn't be bothered to let us know that he was taking the day off, and that parts would not be available until the following week. Even after that, you tried to charge us for a warranty issue, and finally resolved the issue after three visits (you replaced the leaf springs on one side) which now has presented itself again after a few months (Squeaking and rattling near the leaf springs). The next time was an issue with a shudder at constant higher speeds (~70 mph). I contacted Chevrolet and they referred me to a TSB (Bulletin No.: 18-NA-355), which I passed along to your service associate. They then proceeded to tell me I need to pay for a transmission fluid flush AND service (approx $500) even though it is covered in the TSB. We paid $700 for rear brakes, oil change, alignment, balance (Pretty high pricing, but at a dealership is expected, so can't complain). We have also had issues with the tire pressure sensors showing wide readings from 28psi on one tire to 38psi on another at the same time. A manual pressure gauge shows they are nothing close to that. I was informed that this is normal and that it must be my fault for mixing regular air with nitrogen??? This is the only shop that has ever touched our truck since we bought it.. why not drain the air and refill it and troubleshoot - I bought it from you, certified pre-owned, and it has issues - fix the issue under warranty please? The final ridiculousness was the quote for $800 to change my Cold Air Inductions cold air intake back to factory, because it is damaging my transmission (Really? Really??). Needless to say, I am so disappointed in your shop, associates, technicians, and sales team. Keep in mind we have only owned this "certified pre-owned" truck for 9 months that we purchased from you to begin with. I hope this gets forwarded to whomever runs the Mike Maroone show, so they can investigate further with other customers.

In the moment that I left the car in this dealership, everything was running fine. In the moment that they called me to pick up the car, all the electric windows were blocked and didn't work well. We are waiting that when we pick up the car, that we receive in good conditions.

The service department was very efficient and organized, I was doing a drop off for a recall repair and from the time I arrived to the time left was less than 5 minutes. I was also given a 30 minute heads up that my vehicle would be ready soon, so I was able to plan around that.

Our experience was professional, efficient, informative, pleasant, cooperative, and friendly. Jordan Girard our sales consultant was pleasant, engaging, and very enjoyable to work with. He demonstrated a sincere interest in us by asking questions and listening attentatively to our responses. By doing so, he was able to use our likes and dislikes to select appropriate vehicles for our consideration and sure enough he found one. I went in for a scheduled oil change. There was a problem but my service consultant, Chris Jackson, handled it very professionally and remembered me when I had to go back. Much better service here than the other dealership I was using, I’ll definitely be going back for future service and repairs.

Over $720 dollars of unauthorized work was done to my 2021 Tahoe with ~ 20,000 miles. We took the vehicle in and authorized an oil change and filter replacement, were told it would be ~ $200 dollars and when I picked the vehicle up, a host of other services were performed that we did not authorize. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle from this location and it has been nothing but an absolute disaster. Within the last couple months I have had to take the vehicle back to the dealership for services at least 6+ times. I bought a CPO (certified pre owned) vehicle. I am not sure who is doing their inspections on vehicles to consider them "CPO", but someone needs to do an investigation into that. Luckily I bought the extended warranty when I got this vehicle because if I hadn't the invoices at this point would have been out of pocket 5000$+. Be prepared to pay for things and they are unable to provide. While purchasing the vehicle I was offered extra packages warranty, windshield coverage, rental etc...due to my job I require a vehicle to get around, so I purchased the additional package to cover rentals during services... what I wasn't told was that was based off availability. I have had multiple issues with the same thing with this vehicle and when scheduling a service appointment I have arrived at my appointment time only to be told they don't have a used vehicle mechanic available. When scheduling an appointment online also they offer a shuttle which is very convenient...upon arriving and asking when the shuttle is available I was informed it wasn't something they did on that day. The service professionals have tried their best and I understand it is out of their control on most of these aspects, but I would caution anyone who is considering working with this dealership.

My visit exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt and thorough, and the cost was very reasonable. I had scheduled an oil change with Brakes Plus but left when I learned the cost. I then drove to the dealership and they were $40 cheaper for the oil change! I also appreciated their willingness to take care of a simple repair at minimal cost with no additional wait time. Unprofessional way of talking to customers and they parked my car touching another car so I had to climb in through the passenger side. Hopefully this was an off day for the employees. Every other time has been good service so hopefully they aren't going downhill.

The original model was sold when I came back but he went out of his way to pick up a like model from another dealership, let alone on his day off due to my work schedule. Showed up Saturday for a 0830 oil change, their computer system had no record of the appointment - and I started to dread the worst. Dave in the service department said no worries? We can handle this. Got me in and out and took great care of my 2015 C7! Waiting room was clean and spacious for Covid separation. Brought my vehicle in for service because the check engine light came on and engine was running rough. Turned out to be a bad fuel injector. Instead of replacing the one they suggested all 3 and gave us a huge bill of $1300. When my wife questioned why we needed to do all 3 when only one was bad the service advisor was very rude to her and even audibly scoffed at the question. He then angrily said he'd call back with an estimate for just the one. When he did they said it would be around $950 for only the one then raised the price to over $1400 for the 3. Then raised it to over $1100 for the 1 and raised the 3 again to almost $1500. All because they "forgot to include other items for the repair" I would normally trust a dealership but they are shady, rude, and have overall bad communication/service. We will not return. Ever.

Our salesman, Raymond, was excellent! One of the best experiences we’ve had buying a car. Negotiations were fair and they had us in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this dealership!

Techs at Mike Maroon are always helpful. I usually schedule my services but I did a walk-in this time and there was a little bit of a wait. Roughly 1.5 hours which still wasn't bad. Having my oil changed at this dealership was also still the cheapest around. 10/10 will continue to use this location for my service needs.

I think Michael did a great job in communicating with me and keeping me updated on my vehicle. What I was not happy about is the fact the tech did not go internal in to my vehicle and inspect the shifter to see if anything was amiss. He just simply sit in the drivers seat and tried to replicate the issue I had described. Because he could not replicate the issue I was told GM's policy is to go no further. I think this a very poor policy and the reason more and more people are turning to foreign made vehicles. I left with an unresolved issue on my vehicle and the issue will most certainly happen again.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a zero star review. However, if I could, I would. I recently visited this location after being sold a vehicle that has been causing major problems. Many employees within the dealership were extremely helpful but were overshadowed by the overwhelming lack of help from the general sales manager. I do not know his name but have seen enough to call into question his character and the credibility of the entire Mike Maroone Chevrolet dealership. Please, save your time and money and visit Toyota, Honda, or any other Springs dealership rather than this money trap.

My spouse is active duty military we bought a truck to be able to see her since she was leaving state they sold us a that had existing mechanical after telling us that there was nothing wrong with it at all it took two weeks for the transmission to go out and multiple other issues the sales manager specifically told us there wasn't any Mechanical problems before we bought the truck and told us that if we left that day to go look at this other truck down near motor city he would not honor the $1500 he took off the cost of the truck he intentionally tried ripping us off and worst of all they knew she is active duty the only person that is trustworthy that I have found in that company is Jonny in service that man went above and beyond for me making sure they took care of all the problems and also making sure everything was diagnosed and fixed if it wasn't for Jonny this would have become an unfortunate situation legally but chuck my sales and that manager are scammers I can't believe they would do this to someone that fights for our freedom

Dave was very nice and clear about what needed to be done on the car. They also let me know about some things wrong with my car that, since I fixed now, will save me a lot of money, time, and headache in the future.

I was visiting from out of town and found myself with 2 tires that didn't look very good. I just drove in without an appointment and David Blodis helped me right away. He looked at my tires and said he had only ever seen a wear pattern like that there was a bad alignment. He quickly set me up to have a new set of tires put on. They were balanced and aligned and I was back on the road in a little over 2 hours. David was very professional and courteous and his help was much appreciated. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Mike Maroone Chevy to anyone in the area.

Rick, the service advisor is great. I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Corvette and service was quick and had me ready to go within 45 minutes. Technician found additional maintenance that needed attention and I would have addressed these issues but didn’t because costs were outrageous. I am now looking for another shop with more reasonable prices that I feel comfortable letting them work on my car.

2005 GMC Yukon XL Mid holiday week service Hard selling try by the service tech For items that were not needed! But the worst thing of the worst was that they did not replace the sump oil gasket fully or the wrong gasket because it threw out a large quantity of the oil n on the garage floor overnight. After then taking the vehicle back they refilled the engine with oil I could never recommend this cowboy outfit. Don’t get marooned by these cowboys!

I recently bought my VW Passat here. The salesman we had quickly zeroed in on what we wanted and was able to recommend the perfect car for me. He was friendly, and low pressure. The finance guy was knowledgeable and found the best financing available to me. I've since had my oil changed by them and was super impressed! I got a full synthetic oil change and expected nothing more, but when I picked my car up they had washed it as well. Only negitive I can think of is that your car is not detailed when you purchase it like most dealerships do. I will continue to use this dealership for service and come back to buy another car again for sure!

We broke down while traveling south for the winter. We had no prior relationship with this dealer but Michael Zamora treated us like we had been coming there for years. He, the mechanic working on the truck, and the parts department went above and beyond trying to find the part for a 10-year-old truck to get us back on the road quickly. My girlfriend and I drove in from out of state to purchase a vehicle here as they had the best selection in what she was looking for. Let me tell you, Cheryl was awesome! Can’t say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond for us, taking care of every detail right up to when we drove it off the lot. For example: right before we left, I noticed a small plastic grommet on the inside of the passenger door handle was missing (most people wouldn’t even notice it but I am pretty particular). Cheryl made sure to retrieve a replacement part and put it on for us before we left! Great customer service. This was my girlfriends first experience purchasing a new vehicle and Cheryl and her team made it a good one. I have purchased new vehicles at other dealerships and the experience was no where close to this one as far as service and quality. Even in the finance department, they kept everything very organized and clear for us to follow; they made sure that we had copies of all our documents in clearly labeled envelopes! Even after having the car almost 2 years, we contacted Cheryl with a question in regard to the vehicle…… Once again she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our questions were answered. *Update after 1.5 years* I’m leaving my unedited review from my first purchase at this dealership below, but I wanted to make this update after I traded that vehicle in for another vehicle at this dealership. I went back because I was treated so well the first time and I am so impressed the second time that I don’t see any reason for a car buyer to go anywhere else in Colorado. I had a life change that necessitated me trading down into a less expensive vehicle and these guys took the brand new truck that I bought after only 1.5 years and they traded me out of it into a very nice, certified used SUV. I just couldn’t be happier and I’m so grateful for Mike Maroone Chevrolet and Volkswagen. *Previous Review* Josh and Raymond above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect truck. I like that they were very straightforward with the value of my trade in and the payments. There wasn't a lot of back and forth and negotiating that you expect from a traditional car dealership. The entire experience from start to finish was superior! Raymond Garza took great care of us! He was very professional and patient (multiple test drives and multiple days of contemplating between the Challenger Hellcat or the Camaro ZL1). Raymond was beyond personable and made sure that we were making the right decision (Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat). Honestly the entire team over at Mike Maroone North (Kyle Gunn, the Sales managers, and the amazing ladies of financing) were all soo kind, fun, and helpful!! Above all they were transparent and fair when it came down to business (purchase and trade-in). Mike Maroone Chevrolet North is top-notch. I had a leased vehicle I wanted to cut ties with early and requested a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book. Michelle Richardson reached out almost immediately, requesting a need for the vehicle. She raved about their service, and she would beat the Kelly Blue Book offer. I reached out to other companies, and I told Michelle someone had provided an offer, and I had 5-days to take it. She told me one else has better service than Mike Maroone Chevrolet, and she proved it by beating my initial offer. Michelle even came to my front door (35 minutes away), had all documents in hand, completed the process within 10 minutes, and drove the leased vehicle back to the dealership. I just signed about 5-7 forms, and when she left, I was $7.2K richer. Michelle is a true professional by finding a way to “yes” and ensuring all parties walk away happy. I could care less about the profit, but the service is second to none! See for yourself.

Service rep was incredibly polite. Work got done very quickly. What I didn't like was being told to have $1.5k of work done ASAP when, according to the licensed mechanic I took it to afterwards, it didn't need the work done for years, if at all. That mechanic only charged $70 or so to do the estimate, but ideally I wouldn't be out $70 because your people wouldn't have tried to snow me on getting unnecessary work done.

I bought a car here, first day was great, second day went to drop off my trade in and ask about a tail light when I was intimidated and threatened by my sales person to have my contract torn up for speaking up about a tail light being out. Finally received a bulb and replaced it myself. A few days later, checked the oil, IT WAS TWO QUARTS LOW! The car has an oil leak. They said they replaced an oil pan gasket. And did an oil change on the car before I bought it. It shouldn't have either of these issues if the 154 point inspection I was told was done on the car, was actually done on the car. I was also told there was a bumper to bumper everything is covered for the first 3000 miles. Guess what, that is a lie my sales person told me. If you buy a vehicle here, please be aware of the shady business. Breaks my heart too because I love my car. Not so much the dealership or salesperson

In a truly bizarre and nightmarish sequence of events in which a tow truck driver totaled my vehicle and abandoned it without any explanation (yes really), I found myself needing a new car quite suddenly and unexpectedly. And of course it is the worst possible time/market to be needing to purchase a car. I was pretty specific in what I needed in a vehicle and had a short list of acceptable options. One of the absolute most important things I needed in a car was a third row seat, with captain seats in the middle row, and no console between the seats so my oldest kid can walk through to the third row. That is surprisingly hard to find in a vehicle right now. One car dealer forgot to call me back and then sent me a list of cars that supposedly fit my needs but didn’t include a single vehicle with the middle row captain seats. After searching several different websites and car lots for an entire week and getting annoyingly close to running out of time on my rental, I randomly decided to check Mike Maroone’s website because I always take my cars to Dave B. in the service department. I found something that was close to what I needed on the website and I sent an inquiry through the website requesting more photos. Within minutes I got a phone call from Jerry S., who immediately sent me several photos of the vehicle. Unfortunately the car was not AWD like I was looking for. However, Jerry listened to exactly what I needed in a vehicle, all of my particulars, and about an hour later he found me the perfect vehicle that matched every single specification. The next day, I went to Mike Maroone and Jerry had the car waiting out front for me to look at and test drive. No wandering through a giant car lot and poking my head through windows for hours on end. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process and not pushy at all. When we moved over to the business office, Jem Y. provided excellent customer service and got me a great rate on financing. And Dave from the service department even came out to give the car his seal of approval. At no point during this experience did I feel pressured to buy anything. I also didn’t feel like I was getting swindled by greasy car salesmen. On the contrary, I felt like I was treated like a friend or family. Jerry truly turned an unfortunate and frustrating situation into a seamless, painless shopping experience and he found me a diamond of a car in this crazy, ridiculous market. I have trusted Mike Maroone for servicing my cars in the past and now I know I can trust them for buying new/used vehicles as well.

The service tech and the loaner vehicle tech were very helpful and right up front with everything that was needed and required to get my vehicle repaired. I had the loaner vehicle lined up when I got there, and the service tech kept me informed the whole time while my vehicle was being worked on, what was being done and how long it was going to take to be completed. Michelle Richardson, the Inventory Manager, was by far the rudest, most condescending, and demanding person I have spoken to in a long time. She wanted to buy my car, and in a matter of minutes, she had me never wanting to go though trying to sell it again. I explained to her that I was new to the process and wasn’t quite sure what my plans were, and that I was just getting some general knowledge about the car, it’s value, and what my options were, so I could make a decision from there. The first thing she did was try to diminish the value of my car by saying things like “we all know it has been in an accident” (which I did NOT know, apparently it happened before I purchased it, and she acted like I was trying to hide something,) then, she said “let’s face it, it has a lot of miles for a BMW,” (even though it is an every day car, not some special sports car or anything, and the miles are well BELOW the yearly average.) I didn’t mind her bringing these items up, there is definitely value in finding out that it was in an accident, but it was the WAY she went about it, just so rude and condescending. After that, she didn’t even ask, she DEMANDED that I send her pictures and when I sent them, she said, “ I want this car within 72 hours!” Even though I had previously explained that I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with the car yet. When I called her out on her rudeness, she immediately backtracked and tried to be nice, but even after I told her I no longer wanted to do business with her, she continued to e-mail me about buying my car. I will NEVER shop at this dealership and I would like everyone to know about my experience, so hopefully, no one else will go through the same.

The whole thing was extremely disorganized and frustrating. When I first took my car in for the Bluetooth issue it was having, I was told that I would need to bring it back in the next morning and keep it there so they can work on it while I’m at work. No problem. The issue was that they said they would give me updates on the status throughout the day, and never once did so- even when I texted and asked for an update. I came to the dealership when I got off from work, only to be told that no one had even looked at my car yet because they were understaffed and there were eight people ahead of me. I can understand being understaffed, however, I can’t understand why that was not being communicated to me beforehand. Why lead me to think there’s availability if there’s not? But anyway, they asked me to bring my car in again the next morning. I did so. The experience was the same as the first day. No updates, and when I came by after work, there was still no progress made. I was asked to come in one more day. I showed up Thursday morning (day 3) before work as planned, only for the service guys not to even be there, even though we had already previously discussed that I would be bringing my car in again before work that morning and that I would need a ride to work by 7. They did not show up until 7, which is when I start work. Because they arrived later than planned and the Lyft they ordered for me was 8-10 minutes out, I ended up being late to work. Don offered to drive me there to allow me to arrive quicker, which I do appreciate, however, I was still late. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare. 3 days of frustration, getting up early, and $200 worth of money, only to finally be told at the end that I need a whole new radio, which is probably going to cost $1000. Customer service in the service department needs MAJOR work.

I was charged for a tire rotation that was never done because I didn't have a hex key in my truck so they could rotate them, really! I was also charged $95 for a problem that was never fixed with a error on dashboard that I already knew about. I will never take my truck there again to get serviced.

Power washed my engine to do any oil change, broke the engine cover in the process. Now I have check engine lights on for two different sensors. Will never be back

Truck started having a failure Friday and I drove it to Maroone North and it was checked out in 15 minutes. it was determined a valve lifter in cylinder #1 had collapsed and was not drivable. I left the truck and I was called Monday morning to say the truck was ready for pick up.

He actually listened to what I liked and didn’t like in a vehicle and, when I was lukewarm about the car I requested to test drive, applied that knowledge. My daughter who attends the Air Force Academy had an appointment at the dealership on Saturday at 9.45 am. for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. This service was paid by GM as it was her first oil change on her new Buick. Unfortunately, her experience was not stellar. We tried calling the Service Manager 3 times to talk to him about her poor experience prior to writing this review. He did not return our calls. 3 hours to complete the service is not only unacceptable but more importantly, they did a very poor job of communicating why it was taking so long. She inquired multiple times and was told it would be "only a few more minutes" and yes, she was there for 3 hours! Our young adults are smart and value customer service. Take the time to talk to them and explain the process. Not returning calls is so unprofessional. Be better than this for your employer. Be better than this for your customers. Be better than this for yourself.

Kinda disappointed. Came from New Mexico to buy a used car for my daughters 16th birthday. 3day 150mile warranty. Driving home, there goes the 150 miles. Kept it parked for 3 days till her bday. First time trying to turn it on and it wouldn't start. About a week later broke down in the middle of the a busy street, completely shut down. Thank god my husband was with my 2 girls. I guess that's my bad from buying out of state.

Absolutely horrible, no customer service. Salesman didn't show up for our appointment, so had another deal with me. Didn't even try to sell me what I wanted. Vehicle clearly didn't go through a safety check, front wheel drive and one almost bald tire on front. Brand new damage on it when we showed up and would not help us on the price even though damage was admitted being new. Purchased vehicle through original salesman after walking out Of dealership over $500. Got vehicle delivered, not detailed at all, dead skin still in all vents, was dirtier than when I test drove it. Oil light came on less than a month after purchase, so again clearly no safety check performed or oil change. Did get a new set of tires and the price reduced like $250.

I took my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban into Mike Maroone Chevrolet North because the oil pressure gauge was showing zero pressure. I spoke with Johnny Herrera and he arranged for a diagnostic check on my truck immediately. He had the results within ninety minutes and the repair scheduled. Where to begin my family and I were on vacation to Colorado Springs and our Tahoe started giving us problems on Pikes Peak! David Blodis was our service advisor super fast check in, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and was very courteous and understanding. I even got to talk to the mechanic Kent Hagler who worked on our Tahoe and had us in and out within what felt like a flash for a motor job. Then Rich the store's Service Director even came out to visit with me talk about blown away I was very impressed! The fact that everything in today's world is moving towards non-human interaction these three gentlemen made me feel at ease during a very stressful time for me and my family. Buyer beware of the extended warranties this dealership offers on used vehicles. I was sold supposedly a great warranty with ny vehicle purchase. Try to use it and the warranty company makes it so difficult to get any repairs approved I have to call my attorney just to use it. The dealership will not ibtervene as well.

The service was good, they found the issue I was having and repaired it that day. They did a thorough inspection. I appreciate that I was able to select what I wanted them to do and what I wanted to take care of myself without hassling me about it. Whoever worked on my car left a large stain on the drivers seat from oil (or grease or something like that) that was on their pants. That's very frustrating. I drive an electric car and it would be nice if they would plug it in after they are done working on it. (Not a big deal, just thought that would be a nice touch.)

I scheduled my first service for my new Chevy Colorado at Mike Maroone using the Chevrolet app and it could not have gone more smoothly. I arrived at the appointment time and was quickly met by the service writer Michael. He quoted me 1.5 hours to get it done and even offered me a ride to go get lunch while I waited. The oil change and 7500 mile check were done when he said it would be and Chevy picked up the cost. Overall a very positive experience.

Amazing experience at Mike Maroone Chevy. We have family in the car business so I haven't had to do a normal car purchase process in the last 20 years. With COVID killing the supply chain and inventory levels we had to go the normal car purchasing route and I was a little worried about how that would be given how easy my past car buying has been. My mom was looking at trading in her current vehicle for a new one this past week. We went to the north location and worked with Jacob Abbott. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He was unlike other sales people we have dealt with, in that, he didn't push the most expensive vehicles on us. It was very clear that he wanted the experience to be the best it could be and for us to leave happy. By far one of the best salesman we've dealt with. The whole experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a Chevy from Mike Maroone. He is so driven towards making sure his customers get the vehicle that best suits them, versus just selling them the most expensive car. We were also very impressed with Jem Yaxley. She handled the finance and she was awesome as well. Let's face it, most people handling the finance aren't the nicest folks (to put it kindly), but she was so pleasant and friendly. So, between the two of them, it was by far the best car buying experience we've had. I highly recommend and would 100% work with them again!

Worst experience with a Chevy dealership in a while. The communication between the service area and customer was very poor. Wasn’t informed about prices, left my car a mess, and didn’t communicate what was actually wrong with my vehicle. Prices are typically higher at dealerships and was willing to pay, but then had a messy awaking when I got back into my car. The least they could’ve done was put everything back in the glove box.

So dissapointing. I'm updating my 5 star review I wrote for Al Sera to a 1 star review reflective of Mike Maroone and their service team. After spending thousands with Al Sera and repeatedly receiving the best service I had ever had, my very first repair with Mike Maroone was a disaster. Getting the team to answer their phone to check on the status of my truck was like a part time job during my weeks long repair. I was repeatedly promised callbacks that I never received and put on endless hold. The first time I picked the truck up they didn't test drive it causing the brake system to fail on the highway. Unbelievable. Then the team failed repeatedly to make the original repair right and I'm back to square one. After talking to General Motors corporate, I was informed that repeated complaints have been coming in for this dealer after the change of ownership. Over a month later, I'm out the cost of the repair, and my vehicle is in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The team actually damaged my driver side interior door panel and didn't even mention it. Lovely. If you are forced to get a repair here, make sure to use a credit card so you have consumer protection if something goes wrong. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Looking in my Google history you will see a waterfall of 5 star reviews. I am an easy man to please. The original part I paid to have fixed is still not working. To the Mike Maroone team, you worked hard for your 1 star review, and I will never forgive you for putting my life in danger by not adequately testing the brake system of an 8600lb vehicle before sending it out on the road. I'm sure the lady in the tiny hatchback I nearly crushed when the brakes failed would be furious too and I thank God she and myself are safe.

Called the parts department to verify part# and price I was building for my customer. The man on the phone gave me the correct part number. But moved all the numbers around. I went to search part to show customer and be confident as I just called an Actual dealer for this part number and price….and part number does not exist. So while I’m standing there in front of my customer…I call back to verify got out on hold for 8 minutes. Than it got answered and hung up on. I than proceeded to call back, and when answered the man stated he was closing up for the day at 17:01 than I stated I had just called about a part. Was given the wrong part number. Than called back to confirm..and stated I had been on hold for 8 minutes “So called before they supposedly close” and he said ohh well bud I don’t like to even give part number out, but maybe I can call you back. But per “My Boss we don’t prefer to give a part number out” completely unprofessional I have spent thousands of dollars here under my business. No longer will ever do business here again!! Be warned! I’d prefer to drive to Denver after this customer service fiasco! Get a better team Mike Maroone North springs Parts!

This is specific to the service department. They have serviced my vehicle at this location since 2016 when I bought it from them (Al Serra at the time) and there has not been a single service visit where there was not some sort of issue, from grease left on the interior to oil filters not properly tightened to, most recently, a radiator that failed (with less than 15,000 miles on the car) after they did the “routine” recommended flush and coolant change. Of course it had just gone out of extended warranty when the problem appeared, so they wanted $1,300 for a new radiator install. I updated to give 2 stars as interactive with the service advisor (Dave) was the only good part of my experience. Find someone else even for routine care, preferably an independent shop. GM doesn’t care about the service side of the business and it shows at this service department.
