    This is the worst bank in the history of all banks! Since I’m forced to be a merchant here I really have no say in what bank I have. It’s the only bank near my business that’s open on Saturday, yet every other Saturday it seems they have an “emergency” and are closed. So now I gotta drive an extra 20 minutes just to make a deposit. When I need change they never seem to have any. The only teller that’s ever there and anyone who goes to this bank knows which one I’m talking about, is the worst. You couldn’t meet a less friendlier worker if you tried. Quit your job, please!! I encourage my staff to go to the Santa Ana branch even though it’s further. They always have change, work hard and are friendly. This branch needs to take some serious tips from them!

    Went to cash a check and discovered my name was misspelled. Teller called the owner of the company, who did not write the check and not knowing said not to cash. I called him right there and he confirmed it was OK to cash. I asked the teller, who was supposedly the manager to call him back, but she refused to do so and told me to leave the bank. I went to another branch 3 miles away explained the situation and the teller there was more than helpful and allowed me to call the owner of the company from my phone to verify it was OK to cash the check. I'm not sure I would become a customer of that particular branch due to the manager's incompetence. Just my two cents

    US Bank has been my bank for over 20 years. Most of my experiences have been great. But at this branch, I was helped quickly and without delay. The staff were friendly and the branch manager is very kind and caring. Everyone tried to fix the issue we had with a mistaken charge on our account. Thank you.

    I had a really great experience with a gentleman named Peter. I had a great number of deposits and he was super patient personable and friendly. His customer service was beyond great! Thank you again Peter I will definitely be coming back!!!

    A single teller working this branch. Waited 15 mind to get the answer... Which of course is "we cannot help you here". Do not go to this branch, better yet do not go to US Bank at all. These big national banks have no regard for customers.

    Worst experience ever!! They don’t treat as valued customers, I WILL DEFINITELY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTITUTION They put a hold at branch level in a check I deposited for no reason they excused themselves saying was the fraud department, I contacted fraud department and they said is at branch level, called the banker and said the fraud department is lying “very unprofessional” the only income I had this month the branch manager on vacation and no one are available to help me the money was taken from my customer account the same day I deposited the check it seems they want to keep my money for as long as they can. Due to this situation I fall behind on payments like car, utilities and food for kids as I’m a single parent with 4 kids in custody. So sad.

    I have a Safety Deposit Box here, the staff is always very friendly, fast and willing to help in any way they can. This is the way a customer at a bank should be treated these guys are the best hands down!

    They do not have any atm machine inside the bank. They have 1 atm machine outside but it was 94degress today when I went at 2.30pm. Would have been great if they have an atm machine inside this branch.
