Best bank and bank staff in the state, hands down. The staff is fabulous. Anybody that thinks any different very likely came into the bank and was advised of something they didn't like or want to hear, but was told the truth. "I want to cash an old sketchy check from my friend's cousin's neighbor that he endorsed to me and I don't have any identification". And then was politely advised of the fact that no bank will cash that check. Then they left with an attitude. Sorry, dude, but nobody will cash sketchy checks and every body needs an ID. US Bank ain't a voting booth. Best bank in the state, and the staff is wonderful and professional.

Absolutely horrid service. The branch manager is acting entitled, and putting himself first customers last. One visit to this branch is enough motivation to change your checking, saving, and credit cards to any other bank possible. Steer clear.
