    After the storm last year I have had a few occasions to need services from the loan department at Tyndall. Jason made the entire transaction painless. His customer service skills are amazing!!

    This company makes you "pay" for them having low rates because they are SO difficult to work with! Everytime I call them, I'm on hold for a while then when I get a person I have to answer a million questions to verify my identity. Then by the time I finish all that they can't even help me or make me jump through hoops. Plus, they have such a high turnover rate their employees are not trained enough to help properly a lot of the time. I also have to physically go to a branch twice a month to pay my home, car and boat loans because when I hit bill pay online it tells me I have no eligible accounts. That's just not user friendly and annoying!

    FAVORITE BANK OF ALL TIME! I moved Lynn Haven about a decade ago and this bank had friendly staff and great deals. Even though I have moved south, I STILL have this Branch on speed dial 😄

    This is the worst credit union I have ever experienced. can not close my account fast enough. There are too many reasons to list here.

    Our Lynn Haven Tyndall Federal Credit Union is a WONDERFUL place. We've always felt welcome there, as though we are a truly valued customer. Since October 2018 after Hurricane Michael, we've had more personal contact with the branch manager, Tanya Tableriou, and she has been a steadfast and caring friend during our own 'time of need', as well as the others in our area that bank there after our area was terribly destroyed. Ms. Tableriou insists we call her Tanya, and she makes us feel we are more than 'just a customer'. She she injects her personal joi de vivre inn life and we've never come away feeling less than hopeful and happy. After the hurricane, when we and others were hungry, thirsty, ill, needing cash to supply ourselves with food and gas, Tanya was tireless in her work to make SURE we were all helped and cared for. This branch - and Tanya most especially - assures that we won't be going anywhere else for our banking, and we hope she doesn't either!

    First I want to say I do love my bank! I have been with Tyndall for over 20 years. Over recent years the security over the accounts has gradually gotten better. However, it is a little too much when all I did was change my phone number and my card is locked up. Can't use at the ATM and can not use it at the store. This also happened when I changed my address. There is no number to call after hours to fix the issue and apparently you can't change any profile information online or in the app unless the bank is open. If I had an emergency and needed to use my card I wouldn't be able to use my money because it is locked up. I haven't received any emails, text messages, notifications or letters about this issue This makes me want to close my account due to the unavailability of anyone to help.

    Hi, Ms. Goff. You should be able to update your phone number or address information any time through the Tyndall app, even after business hours. Just go to “Settings”, “My Profile”, and then “Change Address and Phone Number”. We are happy to help you with this if you want to give us a call at 850-769-9999.

    Recently after receiving checks that were ordered, the wrong address was printed. I visited the Lynn Haven branch where I was greeted verbally and with a smile. The young lady was extremely helpful and kind. I was assisted and new checks were ordered for me. Later I was called and advised the checks were in the mail. I absolutely love my Tyndall Federal Credit Union.

    We've been with T.F.C.U. for 44 years, so that alone speaks volumes. Great Staff to work with and talk to if any issues arise. In early years 70's they helped us improve our credit score. We needed a guide and they guided us all the way. I recommend Tyndall Federal Credit Union to everyone especially if your young and needing to get a good jump start on establishing credit, checking and savings accounts. We still use this credit union even after we moved away. Banking online with them is easy & just a phone call away. Hopefully all the branches will be up and running soon after hurricane Michael did his dirty work. 850 STRONG!

    I think this is one of the best Financial Institutions That I have used. I am 77 Years Young and belong to many of them. Some people think that they can walk into anyplace and get waited on right now but that is not the way it works. I have always received great service no matter weather they are busy or not. So just chill out and the next time it may be a lot better. Have a great day.

    I am very happy with the service provided through our mortgage held by Tyndall. Very satusfied with their help through HURRICANE MICHAEL .They put your money from your insurance provider directly into your savings account .Once you have a job completed and PROPER INVOICE, they immediately have check ready to payoff your latest contractor. KAYLA STOCKWELL, at LYNN HAVEN BRANCH, was very understanding as what SERVPRO had given me was not an actual invoice. So we contacted Servpro and they sent it correctly done to KAYLA EMAIL. SHE notified me right away that check has been cut to give to servpro for completed work. KAYLA was so patient and understanding , and KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND always smiling. Tyndall is top of line. As stressful as it is dealing with insurance and repairs due to hurricane damage it is great to know that TYNDALL and their employees have your back WORKING TOGETHER.
