Central Credit Union of Fl FL, Panama City

Absolutely love this place. Everyone there has always been kind and accommodating. I got several loans and they are always fair and helped throughout the entire processes. I recommend them to anyone. I recently sold my boat because times are getting hard, the buyers took up a load with them and had zero issues and the process was quick.

They are always there for me when I need them! Janet, Candi, Debbie, Lakiktha, Meagan are all super helpful and understanding! I moved here and this was my only option for shared branching! They helped me straighten out issues, and also helped me research past issues I was having! I wasn't even a member! They went over and beyond! I am so grateful....I quickly became a member! Recently Jailyn has joined the team and greets me by name! I love my Credit Union!

Comparing all the other banks I dealt with, this place is heaven. Nice and friendly people with fast service. I wish they would restart offering free coffee and cookies. ;))

I like paying my auto loan in advance according to my statement at the end of Feb the due date was July 13, 2016.I made two more payments in May. The credit union set my due date back to July 13 2016 . I was penalized for making extra payments. I was told I have to make a payment every month regardless if I pay in advance this is part of the contract. I questioned why I was sent a statement in Feb that my due date was in July.My due date is still in July after making two more payments in May I would not recommend them .

I have financed a vehicle through this bank and currently working on another I can’t commend Megan Weigel enough! She has went above and beyond all my expectations to make our business transactions easy on my behalf. Outstanding service!

Thus place is absolutely ridiculous!! I have to mail, drop off or go in the bank to make my car payment now because they now charge 10$ to make the payment over the phone and do not offer online bill pay. I was immediately told to put on a mask, which should be my choice, everyone there is caged in plastic cubical already, but I complied picked up a mask walked to plastic covered window and said I need to make my car payment, to a teller who by the way is NOT masked behind her shield. She asked for my member # as I was looking it up, my mask was not covering my mouth so I could speak, I was told to put my mask completely on. Are you kidding me, your not wearing a mask and I'm trying to speak. I immediately walked out. You should definitely make it possible to pay online as it is 2021 and you are obviously concerned about this pandemic, but I am not ok with being told to wear a mask as I am trying to speak by an employee who is not wearing one. SMH, do better!!

These folks are amazing!! I’ve been with them for 8 years. Have a vehicle financed, a seasonal loan & have RE-financed multiple times to make ends meet. As far as paying ahead; I do that all the time & my account indicates that I do not owe for the next month or two!! I’m addition, after Hurricane Michael they ALL, including the Pensacola folks, went above & beyond to defer ALL my payments for 3 whole months since I lost my job!! By far the BEST Credit Union EVER!! Thank you everyone!! Patty Oughterson 🥰

Rudest people in Panama City. Almost everytime I go.thru drivethru to make an RV payment the lady starts talking to me then wont opennthe drawer then helps customer in next lane. Calling corporate and complaining does no good. Even when they make mistakes on your account like not accepting a payment then saying we didnt make one they never admit their mistakes or apologize. Corporate office doesnt care. They dont return phone calls. No wonder they have to have a police in lobby because they treat customers so poorly.

The worst credit union ever! If you prepay, it us no good as even though their systems says you are paid ahead, they require you to pay EVERY month! Yet their OWN accounting system says otherwise! Worthless through and through!

This credit union is probably the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I go into the lobby to make a deposit they act like I’m a burden to them. I think it’s time to change banks.
