Beautiful house that looks just like the pics. Very clean and convenient to the beach. There was plenty of space for me and my husband as well as our two adult daughters, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked and the screened porch was a delight. Also, everyone loved the small pool. Surprisingly, we had plenty of room to play and simply relax. Would definitely book this home again.

I stayed at Bay View Villas c203. It was amazing. From the minute I opened the door I felt at home. The views of the pool and the water was exceptional. I was able to see cargo ships from around the world come into the Savannah port. The beaches are so clean and the birds are everywhere. So much nature to be seen. The condo itself was so clean and everything we needed was included. Restaurants abound in Tybee, each one better than the other. Another vacation is definitely in my future. Tybee Vacation Rentals we’re also very helpful and kind. Not one thing I would give less than a five star review.

We stayed in the Bikini Top the first week, and the Bikini Bottom the second week of our vacation, so I will review both separately and then as one unit. The Bikini Top was our first weeks stay, and except for it being up a flight of stairs the stay was wonderful. There is a deck, which was very well constructed and safe for smaller children. The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of including plates, bowls and glasses. There was a washer and dryer, which worked great, along with a claw foot bathtub, which my wife enjoyed several times. The bedrooms were laid out very well for a family with two king size beds, two twins and a double bed. The rooms were all nice size, and very clean and nice. The den had a large sectional couch, which was comfortable, and could probably sleep 3 or four. my wife and I took several naps on it ourselves at the same time. The Bikini Bottom was just as nice with a super big kitchen, and two dining tables big enough for eight each. There were also several games and jigsaw puzzles in the lower unit, which was fun. Plus a very nice fully fenced with privacy fence on the side, with a pergola, table and chairs along with a gas grill and two corn hole setups. This is where the large family or family reunion would be great at the Bikini. There is a lot of room for sleeping, eating and having a good time, both inside and outside. Also, just a quick two blocks or so to the beach, and even less to two very good restaurants. I look forward to returning with a larger group of friends and or family at some point in the future.

After several years, my husband and I had the opportunity to vacation in Tybee with family. What a lovely experience! We stayed in Atlantic Ocean 2 and the townhouse was exceptional! Immaculately clean! Perfect location! Wonderful view! Everything we needed and more! We're looking forward to our next visit to Tybee and will be certain to deal with the TVR Team Pink!

We stayed @ Tybee 3a beautifully decorated. Close to the beach very quite area. What I wasn't happy with the master bedroom floor was very sticky. The whole floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while. Before we arrived I asked about extending our stay nothing was available after we checked in I asked again nothing available but when I put our extend dates in to check availability several properties was open, I don't understand that...great time away.

We stayed in Silver Seas 301 for 3 nights. The condo is huge with tons of storage! Pictures were accurate, aside from some new furniture, honestly it's better in person! There were 5 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. There is even a small alcove with a desk in the master bedroom. I had a few questions about the condo before booking and the woman I spoke with at TVR was very helpful. Highlights: very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, well stocked kitchen, more than enough linens provided, a starter set of supplies, keyless entry, short walk to beach and restaurants. Getting into and out of the parking garage is a bit of an adventure with the short but steep incline, but our Ford Explorer fit easily. We had some great Tybee souvenirs waiting for us at check-in. One very thoughtful extra touch was the little bin under the sink that contained extra light bulbs and all sizes of batteries. Since smoke detector batteries notoriously go out at night, it would have been MUCH appreciated had we needed a replacement! We highly recommend Silver Seas 301!

We stayed at Brass Rail 306. It was huge and very well furnished. All the rooms are big and the master has a jetted tub. Everything clean and near new condition. On a quieter street. Large deck mostly overlooking the street, but did have a side ocean view. Was too early for pool and hot tub but they looked nice. Could walk lots of places, rented bikes at TIm's and covered the island. We arrived earlier than expected and they let us in at 2. Highly recommend.

This was not what I had expected. Yes. It was clean. And sat right on the beach. However, when reserving the condo, we were under the impression we could walk directly out onto the beach... sadly we were on the second floor, and the stairs going down to the beach were broken. It ended up raining the entire time we were there, no fault of the rental company, but the patio had no covering, so sitting in the inside and staring out onto the beach was the only option for us. The beds in this two bedroom condo were a nightmare. They were extremely hard and falling asleep was something we all dredded doing on this vacation. Not to mention our check out was at 10 am in the morning! Who does that?! So on our last night we had to stay up to pack to leave on time that morning. Total cost was about 800 for three nights. Very overpriced for what was returned. We will not rent from them again. But hope others have a better and more clear understanding of what they are paying for. Make sure you note that the rental property and said office for this property are two different places so you are not out wondering around forever until finding someone who can help you! If you get their late, the property managers don't answer the phones!!(All photos were the morning of check out! And only from a distance.)

We had a fantastic experience with TVR and will 100% be using them again in the future. On our first night, the unit above ours caused a major leak into the master bedroom of our unit. I called the after-hours line and a maintenance person was there in 20 minutes. The leak was fixed before noon the following day. The TVR staff took SUCH great care of us in a situation that wasn't their fault, and we were so impressed at how they went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was a great experience.

We all had a wonderful stay with Tybee Vacation Rentals. The property was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we can’t wait to return again.

We will definitely rent again from Tybee Vacation Rental. The entire process of renting and checking in/out was extremely easy. They also provide you a lot of help information about the area/house. We rented Sandy Souls and were extremely satisfied with the home.

Our large family celebrated my husband's 70th birthday at Tybee Trees, and everyone is already asking to return next year! The house is spacious and comfortable, it is close to the beach, the yard and outdoor cooking areas are extraordinary. It was the perfect place to hang out as a large group - we had a fire in the outdoor fireplace, or to talk in smaller more intimate groups at the various gathering places inside and out. We had gorgeous weather, and the early October ocean was still warm enough for swimming and beach play. Truly a family vacation to remember!

The whole rental experience from start to finish was so awesome! We had a scam issue through a third party website (booking.com) and quickly decided to book straight through a rental agency. The website was easy to navigate, and the customer service was incredible. We didn’t want to book online due to the precious incident with the other company, so I called to book the property we loved online. It took less than 10 minutes and there was constant communication from the day of the booking til the checkout time. No need to look back through emails or texts, updates were sent often. The actual property was STUNNING! We stayed at Captains Watch 8. Perfect location, perfect size, clean, updated..... all the things! The condo had anything you could possibly need. All cooking and cleaning supplies, lots of seating, open, lots of windows! We will definitely be staying at this property in the future! Thanks TVR!!!

We have utilized TVR for over ten years and we have always been satisfied with their customer service, and the properties they maintain. We can heartily recommend this management group for Tybee vacations. Check-in and check-out are seamless and we are very satisfied, and we will continue to do business with TVR.

This was our family's first visit to tybee island. We stayed at a crabs walk. We all loved it. The home was spotless and very spacious. My 3 teenagers had plenty of games to keep them occupied and the home was perfect for our dog triggy. The beds were very comfortable and I adored the orange tree in the back yard. The beach was only a block away. So we rarely had to use our car. We just returned home and are already planning to return in the summer.

We had a wonderful trip to Savannah and everyone at Tybee Vacation Rentals was super friendly. We had issues with our A/C and they had us up and running within a few hours. I was so impressed by their service. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We rented two properties, Silver Seas 301 and Seaside Watch D. Silver Seas 301 was very nice. It was set up just how the pictures were. The middle bedroom was a little smaller than what I thought. But it was great for the children. I love the master bedroom. The parking was nice as well. However, they could have warned me of the angle of the parking. It would be difficult for those driving a smaller car that sits low. Seaside Watch D was nice as well. My parents loved it. It was just right for them and they were ecstatic that it had an elevator.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was an Anniversary trip with out the kids, (first vacation with out children!). I would HIGHLY recommend this location for families or couples as a quiet, off the beaten path destination location. The beach access was VERY easy with no dunes to have to climb. The cove that this location sits on in the ocean is perfect for a relaxing day at the beach with calm waters and lots of whole shells for collecting!

I'm very unhappy with the service that we received. After a long afternoon of traveling, with an older father, our package was not even ready when they said it would be ready we had to wait 20 minutes to actually make it into our building. The office manager, Amy, would not even meet us at our property and made us drive to go get the packet that was supposed to be there in the first place. When we finally got to our condo after a 30 minute delay, the code would not work because they gave us the incorrect code. It took another 30 minutes for the manager to get in touch to give us the right code. Very displeased with this service.

The experience with customer service of TVR was simply impressive. I called 2 times and during those 2 interactions they didn't disappoint. We finally booked for the house with the name of "Walking on Sunshine". Very nice property with room 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms, brand new appliances. I'm pretty sure that the property can accommodate 10 guests pretty easily. The property has everything that you need. Cleanliness is a must with COVID19. The property was cleaned and audit by a 3rd party before arrival. All the amenities of the house were great: brand new appliances, everything was in perfect order, everything was in brand new condition, Very nice parking area, convenient distance to the beach (about 3 blocks), umbrella for picnic table, umbrella for the beach. They also got outdoor shower, gas grill clean and ready to go. We do not have pets but next time we will probably bring the dogs. They have a great fenced backyard for them, etc. Fresh paint all over the house, fresh towels and soap. etc. They actually put complementary dish washer soap, dish detergent and paper towels, pen and tote bag and also magazine with local food delivery company. Internet connection was great, there were 1 smart TV on each room with good wireless internet . The house was very convenient, totally renovated, very nice counter tops, washer and dryer, hair dryers also were available. they actually put a vacuum cleaner just in case you get into the house with sand, etc. Price was very affordable in comparison with local hotels! Thank you TVR for a great experience! We can definitely recommend TVR and Walking on Sunshine to anyone!

Sad to say that we have used this company multiple times in the past with no issues. We booked our families vacation for memorial day weekend 2 months prior and we thought we were all set after we had confirmation of payment. We received a email that our reservation had been cancelled and we did not cancel it. We called to figure out the issue and they said it was because they did not have a rental agreement, looking back it was sent but we had no warning before the rental was cancelled. They said they have no contact information from us, but clearly they have our email. She said she did send us reminders but there were none after saying they had no contact information from us. Our rental was already booked again and we cannot get it back. They instead offered us another one for 600 dollars more total. They would not match the price. She was extremely unhelpful and not professional, saying we have never booked with them in the past and they have no record of that. We have all the record of our booking with them and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from Rachel and Amy. We will not be booking with them again.

I rented a condo that I believe was false advertising based on a picture that they had published on the specific condos page. It was a picture of the pool the restaurant the beach and the ocean and I assumed that it was from the condo balcony but it was actually from another balcony. I was disappointed when I arrived. I have tried to put the review on the website Multiple times but they keep deleting it. They finally labeled the picture after hounding them for a few months to make sure that future renters of condo number 127 did not have the same disappointment that I did. To the management: when I rented the condo, the photo was not labeled. Now it is labeled but obscured by another text box over top of the label. Now, please allow my review on your website to be published instead of saying there are zero reviews of Unit 127. Deceptive advertising is lying about your product.

We stayed at Lighthouse Point in 17C and did not want to leave our view. We loved our balcony facing the ocean. Communication was great and the condo was decorated beautifully. Thank you!

From the planning to the actual stay, TVR was very helpful and professional. Communication by email & text was great. Liked the 3rd floor property at Lighthouse Point; amenities, good value. Enjoyed our view, sitting on the big balcony, short walk to tour the lighthouse, long beach walks. Spent part of a day touring Savannah; nice to come “home” near the beach. Amazing to watch huge cargo boats coming/going to the 4th largest port in US.

We stayed in Bear Creek Cottage. This place was so beautifully decorated. Very clean and quiet on such a nice lake! Our issues came with the wasps that were swarming all over the back deck that made it unusable (they told us someone would be out to spray on day one. No one ever came). Also, their check in process is ridiculous. We were told 4pm was our check in time so we arrived after that (we drove 12 hours to get here). We were told that we couldn't enter until an inspector came to make sure it was clean. Fine. We sat there for two hours waiting and no one came. So I called back just before the office closed and, thankfully, she was able to get me a door code. She informed me that their check in time says 4pm but that's actually when they start their inspection process and people usually don't get in until 5. Your first day will be wasted but at least it was a nice house.

My family and I stayed at Sail Away Town House for my 60rh Birthday. We absolutely loved our 4 night stay, our only regret was our stay was too short. Fabulous town house, wish we could have stayed longer. The townhouse was gorgeous, It was our first time exploring the island. We would definitely return in the future.

Stayed in the Kahuna Cabana for a week - great property, good service when calling the office, and I’d recommend this site to all my friends. They sent helpful texts and emails throughout my stay. When we needed an extra hour to stay on our checkout day, they helped make arrangements easy. Even offered to help in other ways.

Wonderful place to spend in Tybee Island. The cottage is beautiful, you have all you need, it is very clean and comfy! We had a blast here! It is super close to the beach, shops, restaurants. We will come back here for sure!

We stayed in 13B at Lighthouse Point. The condo was very clean and freshly decorated. Lovely view of the dunes, beach and ocean. Enjoyed watching the cargo ships. Owner of the unit thoughtfully had binoculars hanging by the door. TVR kept communication open via texts and emails. Check in and check out was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing experience with Tybee Vacation Rentals after being a loyal customer. We drove 5 hours from home to Savannah to be ready the next day to check into 114A Tybee Lights. TVR confirmed our reservation the day before also. Then on the day of our reservation called about 5 hours before check in and said sorry the unit wasn’t ready and that the owner hadn’t finished installing new flooring. Wouldn’t you think the owner and TVR would have known that in advance of day to check in? TVR and owner of 114A Tybee Lights almost ruined our week long vacation that we had planned for over 3 months. Very stressful to have to find quick accommodations for the night and try to salvage staying a few days at the beach. VRBO came through with a nice condo in the area we wanted to stay. I will NEVER use TVR again.

We stayed at 707 Tattnall it was absolutely gorgeous and in the most perfect location. We were about 2 blocks from Forsyth. Decorated impeccably and had all the modern comforts you want. Stunning bar area, spacious outside, smart tvs in every room. Comfy, thoughtful, glamorous designed spaces. We loved the company Tybee Vacation Rentals. They were kind and have a great system of communication. Total perfection overall!

We rented our condo and the staff was very friendly. The process was very easy once we found the office. (We got in after dark). I would definitely book another place in the future with them.

We stayed at the Sea Biscuit and absolutely LOVED it!! It was perfect for our 20 year anniversary celebration as it was just the two of us. It was clean and charming and quiet. We enjoyed our walk to the beach everyday and our walk to AJs several nights for dinner, dessert and/or drinks. The location was perfect! The Tybee Vacation Rental Staff was super friendly. We stopped in one day to ask about the Sea Biscuit and to also get details about potential future visits!!! They were wonderful to work with. We are planning on booking another rental next summer and bringing our kids!!! Thank you TVR for providing such an amazing retreat for us to celebrate!!!

My fiancé and I rented through Tybee Vacation Rentals for a quick couple’s getaway to Savannah. The staff was friendly and thorough during the entire process. We chose “Southern Belle Garden” because of the location and because it was pet-friendly. The apartment was spotless, cozy and completely charming. Southern Belle Garden is tucked away on a quiet street but still walkable to much of the historic Savannah district. Our dog LOVED his long walks in Forsyth Park which was a very short distance from our vacation rental. This apartment had a cute courtyard in the back for our pup as well, so I could let him out while I was still in my PJ’s. Parking was super easy, I was able to park right outside the door every time. While looking for vacation rentals in Savannah we noticed it seems to be busiest on weekends so we opted for a mid-week stay for smaller crowds - bonus: it’s a little bit cheaper too! Would absolutely rent through Tybee Vacation Rentals again.

Our rental at 6 Sea Breeze Lane is great. It's about a quarter mile walk to the beach and has a great view of the beach from the balconies. We rented bicycles and beach gear from Tim's which were delivered the day we arrived, too. The management company is horrible, however. Our rental is listed as sleeping 14. There isn't nearly enough supplies for 14, nor the 10 of us who are actually staying here. We had two dish towels on arrival, a 2 oz bottle of dish soap, two hand towels for three bathrooms, no iron, no vacuum cleaner, no hand soap, nor many other amenities you would expect. We contacted the management company and were told the few supplies they do offer are a "courtesy" and we would have to buy our own. In all fairness, they did allow us to swing by and pick up two more dish towels and two more hand towels. Personally, I expect a rental for a week would be stocked with basic necessities. I don't expect to have to pack paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. I do not recommend Tybee Vacation Rental properties, which is shameful considering the homes and island are beautiful.

Our stay at the Sassy Seagull was wonderful. Had been looking for a cottage with 2 large bedrooms for 2 couples. This 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed. Short walk to beach from mid island on marsh side of highway 80. Golf cart allowed us to go anywhere easily. Bike rider in group liked being right on the Bike Path. Would recommend this property - take a look!

Our stay on Tybee Island at Silver Shores #4 was relaxing and very comfortable. The location was walking distance to the beautiful beach and great restaurants. Very quiet, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was better stocked than ours at home! We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

From the wife, Rachel: My family and I had a wonderful stay on Tybee Island that was made possible and enjoyable by the staff at TVR. They were professional, excelled at communication via email, text, and phone, and overall made the rental process simple and smooth. Additionally, the location we stayed at (Lighthouse Point on North Tybee) was just as advertised---calm, quiet, beautiful location--with the condo being just as it was described in the online advertisement. Overall a great experience: Tybee itself was great and TVR was a wonderful rental company to work with. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Love staying with Tybee Vacation Rentals. We book with them every time we want some Tybee time and have loved every house. Highly recommend them next time you need some island time.

We (8 women) rented a home in Savannah, GA (Frogtown Cottage) for a girls weekend. We have rented a home through Tybee Vacation Rentals before, and had a lovely experience so to have this time be as it was, was very disheartening. We requested an early check in as we were coming into town very early, obviously with no expectation, however we were accommodated so well with our last rental with early check in we thought there was a good possibility and Tybee Vacation Rentals confirmed that they would put the request in and see if it was possible. We ended up not receiving the code to the home until 5 mins before check in time, which is fine except for when we arrived at the home the A/C was broken and it was 79 degrees in the house. The reason "TVR" gave us that we couldn't check in early was because the cleaning people were there, which obviously was a blatant lie because they wouldn't have been working in that condition and not advise the office knowing 8 guests were coming in no time. We immediately tried to turn down the A/C as it was suffocating in the house without any way to open the windows. We then called the office immediately when we realized the air was not kicking on or the degrees were not moving. "TVR" acted as though we were a nuisance to them stating over again that their office closed at 6 pm but to give the air another 45 min to an hour to see if it came down. We waiting a short time and called back to request someone come out as the temperature at this point kept going up and it was now 80 degrees in the house. We took pictures of the thermostat to send to them. They were incredibly rude when we called back. They finally sent out a tech, which did eventually fix the air after about 3.5 hours after we arrived. When we requested a discount of any sort for the inconvenience, the office ladies laughed and said "we aren't going to do that". There also were not enough towels or wash cloths for 8 people considering the "cleaning people just left". Nonetheless, we will never rent with TVR again, and I would strongly suggest just doing your research on this company and be willing to be inconvenienced without any concern for their reputation or customers.

Home was not ready in time and they could not find our reservation initially. Management provided a dinner voucher after we sent a complaint. No early check in it late check out was permitted in Savannah area. The house itself was nice enough, but a little dirty (ie, pool was not clean and the cleaning person showed up on Day 2, WHILE our family was in the pool. We all got out for 10 minutes and they did a quick clean but not thorough.) and no amenities other than bare minimum requirements (ie, AirBnB hosts usually provide a few ground coffee pods and filters, and sugar. This home did not have anything other than plates/silverware.) The soaps were unfortunately cheap, and no lotion so you need to be prepared with your own toiletries.

Fantastic rental company! From booking our stay in April until Checkout in February, TVR has been wonderful to work with! We rented a cute bungalow less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach for six weeks. Check in was a breeze! The house looked exactly like what was pictured and it was extremely clean! The staff was great w our copious questions before our stay and quickly addressed a few small issues during our stay. There are many rental companies on the island, I highly recommend going straight to Tybee Vacation Rentals!

Such a wonderful company to rent with, would definitely rent through them again! My family and I stayed in an amazing vacation home in January. We were literally steps from the beach and could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves! The vacation planners are so kind and helped me with every step of my planning process. The cleaning staff did an amazing job because the floors were sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable. I was also very impressed with the office staff. They assisted me with check-in and even provided some suggestions for places to eat and things to do around the island. TVR went above and beyond for my family during our vacation to make sure every detail was accounted for - I highly recommend them!

We had booked and paid for a rental in full, only to be cancelled by the rental company. We were left with no place to stay and a discount for a future visit. I would never choose to rent from them again, so a discount is useless. It also took several phone calls to get a credit issued to our credit card. Be very cautious when renting from Tybee Vacation Rentals.

We had a wonderful Tybee Island stay. We were able to access our cottage early. The cottage was impeccably clean and perfectly a accessorized. Couldn't have been more accommodating!

Only place we use when going to Tybee. The staff is always helpful and responsive to any issues that arise while staying on the island. We've been going to Tybee 9 yrs and are always assured that if something does arise, it will be taken care off immediately. A++++
