TD Bank New Orleans Rd, Hilton Head Island

Great TD Bank location. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Lobby, teller stations, and offices are always kept in impeccable, clean shape. TD has always been a go to for banking needs as they have not let me down in the past. Highly recommend this bank to anyone!

After dealing with this crooked bank for 2 months, I finally went in there and cut my card up right in front of the Bank Manager. I recommend that nobody does business here. You will be taken advantage of. I guarantee this. Note the Bank will even go to such extremes to put you deep in the negative with outrages feed just so they can build new arenas. My advice is run run far away and stay away from the thieving lying company. Nobody has a clue what's going on. I once stayed at the bank for two hours because I was locked out my account...the cs department said it was ok, but the Bank couldn't access my multiple accounts this went on for two hours.... stay away from this green fraudulent Bank!!!!!!!!! Not worth YOUR money or the complete headache. Thanks for ruining my day TD

I DON'T know who Vivtor is, but looks like he is a plant from another bank. The services here are great, the people are great and it is so convenient. A supet bank. I LIVE ON THE ISLAND.

Excellent customer service. Was welcomed by the manager at the door and the teller was very helpful. Was not busy was able to be out in a few minutes.

My husband and I were visiting from Canada and we went in to this branch to get an updated bank card as we have a US account. We were immediately greeted by Assistant Store Manager, Patty Kitchen. She was more than helpful and actually spoke with us about our inquiries for buying a house in Hilton Head and the mortgage process. She was very understanding and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much Patty for all of tour help!

On multiple occasions over the past few months I have gone into this TD bank location to speak with the manager regarding a discrepancy with my account. The manager on more than 5 visits was not there! Either running late, left early, or was not working that day! Then when I finally see him in his office and ask to speak with him directly, when the teller calls him he says he's unavailable and to see the assistant manager instead. Hello!! I can see you sitting there on your cell phone young man! You're laughing with a co worker in your office, it's obvious you aren't working! But the final straw was coming to this location on 2/14 this past Saturday. The bank is supposed to be open by 8:30. I waited for over half an hour for the doors to finally open at 9:00! I watched the manager pull up at 8:45.. I thought TD bank cared about their customers.. If they did they would have someone more respectable managing their locations.

Trying to make a withdraw from my savings account without my ID I verified six different aspects of my account my social security number address date of birth and a another bank teller even recognize me but they refused to let me withdraw money due to my signature not matching. Mobile app is absolutely useless. And the adumated phone service is a joke. Definitely the worlds most INCONVENIENT bank.

Horrible experience. Don't go to this bank for a mortgage. They have no idea what they are doing. 60 days to close and still sat in attorneys office waiting for proper paperwork for over 2 hours. Horrible, horrible, horrible
