PNC Bank Office Way, Hilton Head Island

I unfortunately have a vehicle financed through this bank, during the last 6 months we have had some financial setbacks, this Bank sends you texts and emails about helping you, you call and they tell you that it could be 60 to 90 minutes before your call is answered, so no help no understanding, no return phone calls, I will do without a vehicle before I finance anything with this bank

Charges 2% to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don't have an account with them. Talk about robbery! Never again!

As a whole PNC bank in general has gone downhill. Customer service is terrible. I have been banking with them for 20 years and leaving this bank within the last month has been a godsend. It's nice to walk into a bank and have them know your name, not ask you for your first born child to cash a check, not have them lose your money. This is the way PNC used to be but not anymore! Not to mention I've gone through the drive through at this branch, they will have 4 people behind the counter. I would sit forever waiting to be helped while I could see them on their cell phones.

Very nice beautiful location and service here is excellent...I always enjoy tha pond on side ...depends on weather u mite see a few alligators layin out...very nice.

I’ve tried calling this branch 5 times during normal business hours and no one has picked up.

Worst ever. I was randomly locked out of my account. Called customer service to unlock it. Was told they can't only send what I need to unlock via the mail or by visiting a location which is 2 hours away.

Worst Bank Ever! They will have you on hold for 30 minutes and then have it ring for another 15. They can't refund you your money if you pay more once. They have to send you a check which takes 7-10 business days, so you might as well say 2 weeks. Also I knew something was wrong with this bank when I had to go to a third party website to pay my bill. But since then they have the on-site bill pay available. Just stay away. Had customers services and a not trust worthy bank.

The turnover is constant. New employees are poorly trained. As a long time PNC customer I am very frustrated by the Hilton Head branch. Why are they unable to retain employees?

Not too many customers. They were friendly and easy fast visit.
