By far the absolute worst Credit Union I have ever had a loan with at any location. The customer service is always a disappointment. Yes, my loan will be moved elsewhere. No one cares to resolve the matter. Frequently in violation of federal acts that protect their members. They do not care and I cannot wait to see another credit union buy this one out and bring in better service. For a community credit union I feel sorry for our youth. Not even worth the consideration.

We drove 3.5 hours because we love banking with twin star but do not have any in our current city, and have always had such great service . and today we know why this branch has exceptional customer service and it was a pleasure doing business there .

very friendly staff who greet me and my family by first name and ask how the family is doing. notarize documents as needed from time to time free of charge to members.

Best banking I have ever been with. Way better than Bank of America and Wells Fargo, where I was before. My only regret is that I didn't switch over years ago.

This is the best credit union and the best branch in the business. Jason, the branch manager is the most kind, attentive and knowledgeable person. I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch. I had a pretty complicated situation and they were extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you guys!

The manager, Jason, was so very helpful. He went above and beyond when helping with a notary issue. Had a great personality, courteous and polite. He provided me with information that I figured I'd just hunt down elsewhere and was able to make a nerve racking situation a very pleasant one.

This location always has issues with making deposits. Went to make a payment on my mothers car loan with her debit card and they had issues saying next time the can not do it. Mind you I always go to the mall location and they NEVER have an issue. It’s always the Asian lady at the window that always has problems. I’ll never go to that branch again.
