A young lady named Roxy helped me. The store was super busy, but she was still friendly and professional. She handled my transaction quickly and started helping another lady at the same time. Great employee. Great service!

Worst customer service experience ever. I was not greeted when I walked in. Once I was acknowledged after about 6 minutes of standing there, they asked how they could help. I said I have a echeck I would like to cash. She informed me they can not cash echecks. I let the person know I did call and speak with someone and they told me it was okay. This is why I drove about 20 minutes to come see you. You were not near my starting location- so I called first. They then asked me for my drivers license and took a photo copy of my check and drivers license. Then they came back to the window and said they wouldn’t be able to cash the check. My concern is- why would you take a photo copy of all my personal information without first telling me you are taking photo copy’s of everything. I asked why would you take photo copies of all of my stuff, knowing you are not able to help me. The staff members answer was in case we get audited. I do not like this business practice and will not ever be going to a rapid cash location again. Horrible horrible horrible. I’m sorry for people that need Rapid cash services.

We called in to our local Rapid Cash this morning to make my one and only I get a female employee who when I asked to clarify the higher amount totally went off on my husband. All we were trying to do was to understand if it was a flat fee or by the day charge. Granted, I should have remembered but was caught off guard and wanted to clarify. She absolutely WENT off on him and began telling him how he was being unprofessional. She would not shut up long enough for him to get a word in edge wise then she hung up on him. I sure hope that they pull the call and find out just how rude and unprofessional she was. Wehave used Rapid Cash in the past and it's been great. I do not know where they got this piece of work from...but they need to get rid of her. There are so many more places out there to choose from and if I ever need to utilize a payday loan in the future...it will DEFINTELY NOT BE RAPID CASH! Called back to a different local location and asked for their corporate number. After much reluctance the employee gave it to me. The lady who answered sounded like she was half asleep and I tried verifying with her that it was even Rapid Cash. Stay FAR AWAY! I will NEVER use them again.

Emailed a check and literally called ahead to cash a large check. Got there and excuses were made as to why they couldn’t cash it. Drove a long way to be able to. Waste of time. Unprofessional. Nobody there knows how to do their job. Two thumbs down 👎🏻

I had no idea what to expect when it came to getting a loan. I had never needed one but Christmas came fast and I was already spent. When I went in, I was greeted by Elma, a petite women with brown hair. She made sure to greet everyone who walked through the door. Elma really helped me understand the key points of getting a loan from them and answered any question I had, whilst keeping it speedy! It looked very busy but Elma kept the same focus and excellent customer service the entire time. I was so happy when I left! As for everyone else, it looked like they did an excellent job of keeping the line moving and communicating amongst each other.

The staff was strict yet very friendly once I got my documents in order it was fast and I felt they didn't rush or push me out the door

The wait time wasn't to long. Once I was helped, Roxy was very helpful, friendly and knew her job! Roxy's customer service was excellent! Thank you Roxy for setting the tone for my day!

Always friendly, efficient service, they describe and offer other service available each time I am there for a loan. They always explain all aspects of the loan being offered. Willing to work with customers to provide needed verifications, they make you feel as though you are a team trying to obtain the loan. I called in once and it was the most plesant telephonic customer service experence I have ever had. Props for hiring outstanding employees.
