Gave me me a fair a reasonable price. I didn’t take it due to their service. I Will certainly not give my business because of a rude employee. This was my first time here and immediately came off aggressive. I took my business across the street. Much friendlier and happy to do business with.

Worst place to step in! The lady working there was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, I don't do business with people who don't have touch with customer service... if you don't like your job just quit it!

They took out my original diamonds out of my ring& replaced them with way smaller diamonds but I’m in process to take care of this matter Believe that!!!You outta seen the owners face when he seen me after he had done this oh the looks say Everything !!! He knows who he is & who I’am

One of the nicest shops I've been in. The inventory is good, with better quality items than most shops. I had a pawn and they quoted me quickly and got me paid out the door quickly. Nice shop. 10/10 will be a return customer. 👍

Shops nice and all but got lowballed on a pair of Fancy Yellow Diamonds because they were “small” $100 for a pair of cushion cut fancy yellows with VS clarity each weighing approximately .25 ct is insanely low. Fancy colored diamonds are more valuable than normal diamonds. Was told colored diamonds “aren’t more valuable” Went and got them appraised at $1100 for the pair and put them with another shop who actually had knowledge when it comes to diamonds/jewelry. I wouldn’t be surprised if they would turn down a fancy pink because it’s “small” when even .10ct fancy pink diamonds can be $10,000+. If you’re going to have jewelry in the shops name I suggest at least having some knowledge in the field Edit: I’m not “shaming” this business I’m leaving an honest review about my experience and their lack of knowledge when it comes to Fancy colored diamonds and their value. I was straight up told “fancy colored diamonds aren’t more valuable” which is 100% false. If I wanted to shame the shop I would have left a 1 star review. Yes the shop was clean and nice, however I felt as if I was trying to be taken advantage of because of my young age and assumed lack of knowledge. Which is why I left my review telling my experience. Saying you have experience in jewelry when you run a pen/jewelry shop isn’t the same thing. I’ve actually taken courses at GIA in New York and courses at their California location as well. Anyone who actually has knowledge about jewelry knows fancy colored diamonds hold greater value than white diamonds, just because you buy and sell jewelry doesn’t mean you have extensive knowledge in the field. I didn’t see any certifications or degrees from any gemological institute. I purchased the diamonds at wholesale prices directly from Israel. I know what they’re worth in a wholesale and retail environment. The appraiser I took them to for the laser scanning and mapping even agreed that $100 for both, let alone a single fancy yellow stone of that size and quality.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Went in for a laptop. I was helped promptly after the staff finished up with current customer. The shop is very clean and organized, not like other pawn shops. And after my purchase the gentleman even went into the back and threw in a laptop bag! Awesome place!

Very smooth, and fast loan process! Took maybe 12mins in & out and they even offered me more than their local competitor!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to leave a review but trying to give me $30 for a $350 citizen watch is just a joke. The man was rude and they wasted my time.

I was interested in a beautiful Alexandrite ring that I fell in love with at Continental Loan. Jamie was the employee that first answered all my questions and let me examine the color change properties of the ring. She shared the appraisal that also had pertinent information regarding stone sizes, quality, etc. For me, the purchase of this ring was a big investment. I needed to be certain that I was making the purchase, not just on looks and desire to wear it. I called the appraiser and was very pleased to find that she has been in business for 41 years and is highly certified and has worked closely with Continental Loan for a long time. She answered all my questions and assured me of the authenticity of the ring. She also spoke highly of Continental Loan and it’s owner Dave. After 3 days of research and consideration I bought this beautiful ring. I am so pleased and happy. Went here a few days ago just looking around for nothing in particular. Then saw a really nice looking Henry .357 Magnum Lever Action rifle. Did not look at it much the first time around. Talked to one of the employees about some other stuff and had a good time. Came back on Friday March 12th and the rifle was still there. So I asked to look at it. Was in great shape. Talked to the employees some more while looking at the rifle and bought it then. Have not gotten to shoot it yet due to ammo shortages. But the employees there were pretty awesome. And they actually had a decent gun selection even with all the shortages right now. They also had quite a lot of tools and things. (Which I'm going to go back hopefully today and great one of the tools they had)
