    These guys are good! I highly recommend Kerby as your service manager. He was helpful and willing to work with me. I have an F150 with a long travel suspension kit and I needed a new factory steering rack installed. Kerby helped me get it all at sorted out. And Leonard the tech was absolutely awesome. He got me dialed in and made sure to run everything by me before he did any work.

    The technician damaged my wheel lock key using an impact gun on the key. I called three time and left a message for a call back. No one has called back. The wheel lock key has lasted from 2016 with no problems at all until this last service. I understand that people make mistakes, but at least have the integrity to own up to your mistake. Very disappointed in this dealer. Update. The service manager called me about 10 days after this review. I was told that they just updated their phone system, and have been having problems. They didn't receive my phone messages. He assured me he would make everything right. He ordered me new wheel locks, and scheduled a time for me to bring my truck in for the install. Also they diagnosed my apple car play problem, and order the part for me. I am now completely satisfied with their service department. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them for service. They definitely put forth a good effort to make sure I was happy.

    I cannot recommend Kelly enough. The kindest salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I ordered my Bronco back in 2020 and it was just delivered a few days ago. Kelly was not only phenomenal in keeping me updated throughout the journey, but made the process as simple and efficient on signing day. Again, can't recommend him enough!! And Reza!!     A1 Service Reps were helpful & patient. But the Service Tech who worked on my vehicle didn't use fender covers nor gloves as I realized the next morning and there was engine grime all over the fender and on my driver door. My vehicle is white. Hard to miss all that grime when you've completed the work. Not to mention I'm usually accustomed at the dealerships ive been to before to having any fluids topped off. At least the windshield wiper water reservoir but none of that was done. Sorry wasn't impressed.

    I hate that this is how I have to get this dealership to remember me and figure out how to finally get the crossbars on my vehicle. I purchased a car with Brandon and he let me know the vehicle has crossbars however that part hadn’t arrived and as soon as it did they would call me. I bugged for a few months and he kept telling me that Ford was backed up in manufacturing and they would send one to asap and asked me to leave him a review in return… we’ll here we are OVER A YEAR LATER OF PURCHASING MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND STILL NOTHING. Horrible job. Don’t let them sell you a vehicle with false promises of getting a specific part to you later. This experience with them has been completely disappointing. This would be 0 Stars if I could. And Yes Ford I would still want for top management to explain the ridiculous wait time for one accessory on a vehicle.

    The service department was fantastic. Replaced my brakes in under 3hrs at a great price. Just had more service done. They did a great job for a good price. Diagnosed and completed repairs within 1 day.

    they're sales staff at this location is actually super friendly.. I wish they would have a little bit better communication with some orders, but they definitely seem like they're trying to improve and I always feel that a person should be given another opportunity to try to succeed..     I had a 50,000 mile service on 3/11/2022. Total cost 817.00. Reviewed the service info when I got home. Page 2 states brake fluid requires attention. What the hell, for $817 it would seem you could add a little brake fluid. I am not happy. Jim Severns

    The service went well from car pickup, through maintenance service, through to car return several hours later. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. It was a fairly priced service with the maintenance work having the desired results. II also appreciated the speed at which everybody worked to get me out of the shop very quickly

    They told me, when I first brought in my F-350 7.3L for a brand new fuse panel and windshield, that it would be at least 10 days until someone could look at it. However, I got a call after 5 or 6 days that they got started on it. I had it back within 2 weeks and I am more than excited to have it back in great working condition!!! No more leaks, no more electrical issues!

    Been there twice for a few inexpensive fixes. Having worked in the Auto Industry for a high end manufacturer its typically hard for me to be impressed but I have to say I was impressed. Most recent visit was for nothing more than battery but my service writer treated me wonderful and got me in and out quickly. Will be back for more service needs!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. 17 calls to order a key for my sister. No one answers the phone! Finally get it done (after they turn away the first appt) and overcharge me by $79. I told the service advisor Kirby it was a terrible experience and he told me it was terrible for him!

    The lug nuts on my front left tire were not tightened and fell off as I was driving away from the dealership. The entire wheel almost fell off. Now I’m not a mechanic by any means but keeping the wheels on the car does seem to be a pretty high priority within that job description. I was barely offered an apology at all. I’d be happy to attach photos as well. 1/10 be better

    I feel that I could not have chosen a better product, or a better dealership to buy from. I am extremely pleased with my new Ford Ranger. Plus I received awesome financing through Ford Credit. My experience at Capo Ford was the most stress free time that I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I made one call to the dealership Sunday morning, sent all my info securely online to them that day, and then they worked out the deal over the phone. I traded in my old truck that evening and drove off the lot in my new Ranger. The family of Tuttle Click dealers in Orange County have been around for as long as I can remember, so I feel confident that they’ll always be there for me when I need them.     They turned mykey on my truck. Now blame me for not coming back right away. Saying the can’t turn it off. The service is horrible and the service advisor Mynor Priesing make me never want to come here again. Don’t spend your money here!

    My engine light went on so I dropped my truck off at Quick Lane service. After checking out the situation they called me and said it was ok even after road testing. When I picked up my truck I discovered there was no charge for what they did 😁.

    I use Tuttle-Click mainly for convenience since no other Ford dealer is near me. They've done a decent job so far. My only complaint is they never wash my car. Every other dealership has for me . Not sure if that's part of their service.

    The Service Department was great! However, their Diesel technician was not. I picked my truck up and it was great until about 150 mil into my trip home the part failed again..after further inspection. The replaced part was not even tightened down...I was able to get it back together on the side of the freeway..This is not what I would expect after paying 1000- for the repairs

    Good service but took over three days to find a oil leak in the oil filter. Went in to fix an oil leak in 2019 Explorer. Nice gesture to offer a rental car which was not needed. Lack of updates - I called end of each day to find out the status. Despite of having the appointment, they didn't get to assess my car until end next day. They told me they needed parts which will take couple of more days. An hour later, they called me to say it only needed leak oil filter change, leading me to believe I was given a lip service as well.

    This was my first visit to T-C Ford. All expectations were met if not exceeded. I had to wait about 75 minutes for a “The Works” oil change, which was exactly as promised by my tech rep when née wrote up my order (I had an appt). The dealership was very clean and run very efficiently. I plan to use T-C Ford in the future.

    10/31/2020 Update I was called by someone in service almost two weeks ago this next Tuesday. We had a good discussion and he understood what my needs are. He said that he would have 2 parts ordered and that more than likely be calling me back Thursday to schedule a warranty appointment for me to come in. I must have been forgotten about zero communication from Service person since that call? Second time service writer failed to review my online appointment and comments. Poor form Capistrano Ford. Was told warranty department is inundated, so I could leave my vehicle for the day. Living so far away I would have had to rent a car. Not what I expected after being a great customer by leasing four Flex’s with full maintenance Red Carpet leases since 2010.

    I brought my car in for the first oil change after getting subpar help at the Riverside service center. There is always a sense of uncertainty when getting anything done to your car. However I was greeted by Kyle Sanders who ended up being so friendly, helpful, and honest. He made me feel like this was a place I can trust. My car was done in less than an hour!     Service good with the exception of two items. Loose 2stars. 1. Placed reservation for 8:30AM. Arrived a little early but was told my regular service would be done sometime in the afternoon. What is the purpose of making an appointment?? 2. Disappointed no car wash after finally completed. I believe the courtesy car wash is still given at other FORD Agencies.

    The mechanics do a wonderful job on my car but their customer service is absolutely awful! I went in and made eye contact with every representative and not one of them said “can I help you?” Kerby has helped me in the past and is BEYOND rude. He kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. I had my car checked out there and received an estimate and when I requested it be emailed to me they said they would and never did. I spoke with the cashier, who was rude as well, and transferred me multiple times and said she would send it and never did. I had my husband call and she tried to tell him there was no information for our car, as if it had never been there. Still no email regarding our estimate. I recommend the service work, but that’s it. Worst people I’ve ever interacted with.

    I purchased my Bronco from Tuttle Click. The purchase process was smooth and Brandon took good care of me. The GM was responsive to emails and updated me on the status of the vehicle. We had a few snafus early on with the ordering process but I gave them a break and they made it up to me. Once I got my Bronco it had a few minor issues with scuffing, etc. Kyle from service department did a great job addressing the issues and scheduling with the body shop amid COVID. Overall I’m happy and would buy from them again!

    Such a bad experience! Took my car in for service on a Thursday and they told me my back brakes were at a 7 so they don’t need replace but yellow is ok on the report. Then the next day my car was shaking when I pressed on my brakes so took my car back Friday evening. They seemed annoyed I came back and barely said more then a couple words to me. Called me about two hours later and said the brakes are at a 3. How does your back brakes pads go from a 7 to a 3 in less then 24 hours!! Very disappointing! I had to bring my car back three days later and didn’t even get a hello when I showed up! If I didn’t have a maintenance plan with Ford, I would never go back but unfortunately I do.

    Lost the key to my Ford F250 2005 AAA could not take care of it I was told I would have to tow it to a dealer to have a new key program to the ECU.     I took my 2015 Ford transit van in for for a oil change and filter. It took three days to get my car back because of a malfunction of the car left in the garage. Thank God I didn’t need my van for those days or it would’ve been a big problem.

    My last visit wants tthe best. I had requested to get my back breaks replaced and they instead cleaned them. I had requested this because it would make a loud noise every time I would back up my car. I don’t live near San Juan and it’s hard for me to schedule an appointment with ford and it was very frustrating to know that the lady who assisted me didn’t do what I requested nor did she call me ahead of time letting me know what was going to happen. I still need to get my breaks done but haven’t been able to schedule it. She was a new employee cuz I’ve never seen her there before.

    We were on a family vacation in Southern California, having driven our Ford transit camper van from San Francisco . We’re on a Thanksgiving road trip with two small kids and two dogs. We had been having issues with a toxic smell coming from either the catalytic converter or the battery under the driver side seat. It was Saturday morning the day before we’re going to go home and we were concerned about the safety of the van. I called the Ford dealership Saturday morning, brought the car in Saturday afternoon, and within a few hours the batteries were replaced and the car was working perfectly. The service was fantastic, the technicians were attentive, everyone at the dealership was there to get us taken care of quickly. We made the long drive home safely. Great service - Thank you!

    Service advisor made it seem like Ford would help with my repair bill since it broke one month out of warranty, after they had my car communications got very poor. Ford didn’t chip in anything. My advice to anyone who will listen. Don’t ever buy a Ford!

    They did a good job fixing my car, service was quick as it was a unknown issue. I also asked for a oil change, I got that and supposedly a tire rotation but don’t think that happened because I have lug nut locks, they also inflated my tires to 42 PSI, well above the recommended 32. Overall good experience but 42psi is a joke.

    Great service and competitive rates as compared to other repair shops. I only take my Ford cars and Lincoln SUV here because I trust them as they will not sell me anything I do not need. Evening appointments are fast and easy and Bob is a great service rep.     Amazing service! Very quick turnaround and the staff was incredible. I have an older Ford and just took it in for a check up. The car turned out to be in good shape and they fixed a couple recalls within no time at all. They were not pushy and were not trying to stuff a new car down my throat.     The service guy, Matt, was fantastic !!! I had a problem with the check engine light coming on that had not been solved at my previous appointment a few days earlier. I was now in a time crunch leaving on vacation with my family. He got the truck in and out within 24 hours and the problem was solved. He was amazing !!!

    Great experience here. Salesman Ash was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I called beforehand to enquire about a certain used car for sale. By the time I arrived they had pulled it ready to show to me and I took it for a test drive along PCH.     First I want to thank Dorothea for her professionalism amd her attention to customer service. She works twice as hard as anyone at this Ford shop and seems To be the only one working!! I hope she is paid above and beyond all the men that work there, as they seem to be to busy doing absolutely nothing while this wonderful woman works twice as hard. Now if your a man amd you walk in they ( the other men) may offer you assistance but if not. Forget it!! I forgot the good ole boy culture is still So prevalent in places and it’s really discouraging. If you just go here ask for Dorothea. She will work hard to make sure you have everything you need amd more.

    I paid 2300 for service contract and 2200 for maintenance contract for 84 months or 100,000 miles. Ostensibly to buy me piece of mind. At 7500 miles per maintenance that is 13 maintenance visits. My,recent visit they recommended fuel system services, transmission fluid exchange, brake system exchange and coolant system fluid exchange. These things are covered at the factory recommended mileages but NOT covered when the service technicians recommends them! So, are the Ford engineers who wrote the maintenance schedule wrong? Or are you trying to sell me service I do not need? Either way, where is the piece of mind that I bought for $4,500 dollars. Or, did I pay $4,500 for 13 oil changes and new wiper blades every year? I expect all recommended service to be performed and ALL check boxes made to green. Now I have to go find a trusted mechanic to change out all the fluids even though I only have 48,000 miles on my truck and my "premium maintenance plan" does not cover technician recommended service that is sooner than the "Owner's Scheduled Maintenance Guide". Hopefully, the extended warranty remains valid as long as the scheduled maintenance guide is followed rather than the technician's recommendations. But, I do not have the piece of mind that I bought.

    I went in recently to get an oil change, first time visit. In the middle of the change I was called and told I needed to change both of my fuel filters. I was getting ready to make a long drive so I said fine. When I returned home I found my previous service record from the last oil change at another ford dealership (that I always go to and trust) and I had paid them for both filters to be changed. I’m pretty bummed I spent all that money when I didn’t need to, especially during this time when I’m out of work.

    i came in to Ford for an oil change and to check for a light that came on. When i got my car back they did a great job with the oil change BUT they tried to charge me $100 for them running computer tests just to find out nothing was wrong but still charged me my deductible. As annoying as that was I still paid half so they could pay their mechanics. However, once I started driving I noticed they turned on “my key” WITHOUT my permission. I only have one key for my car so there is no way to turn it off and they are refusing to fix THEIR mistake. They’re trying to make me pay $380 for a new key that I don’t need. They made a mistake. They put limitations on my car without my consent and they’re not willing to fix it. I was a new client there but will NEVER go back. They even made comments about how young I was to own such a “grown up car”.

    One of the best places to get service done to your vehicle. They’re always honest upfront on what they’re going to do with your vehicle and have some of the best prices around. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer and I’ve gotten all my service done they’re never been disappointed extremely prompt professional and do a tremendous job. The service team are great to deal with everybody’s polite professional and bends over backwards to help you out. Every person I’ve recommended go there has thanked me over and over again for the recommendation. I own a large construction company I would love to have their employees work for my company because of their professionalism dedication and honesty they treat you like your family I wish more companies treated you like the service department does a total click. Especially like to think Rich Rader and Brandon Toohey for all the great help there one of the main reasons I continually go to the service department.

    The need to replace our older car was unexpected and just at the beginning of the world health crisis. For us it couldn’t have happened at a worse time and we began our search for a replacement with enormous anxiety. What type of car, how to proceed under these abnormal circumstances, what to do with our old car, affordability and terms, and which dealership to select were all questions that weighed heavily on our minds. After several days of searching ads, making phone calls, and talking with friends and family, we contacted Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford by phone. Because we had questions regarding our old car, they first had us speak with their service department manager who spent considerable time talking to us about our situation and needs. He made some suggestions and said he would do some checking on what was available both new and used. After a few conversations he came up with a plan that we agreed was best for us. From there he put us in contact with the general manager. He spoke with us at length and explained other options we might consider. Finally, we worked with the general sales manager, who explained and coordinated how the car would be brought to our home for familiarity, inspection and approval, how the signing would then be handled, and the final delivery take place. He explained that this would happen at our home with our health safety a first priority. They couldn’t have made our car selection and purchase any more convenient, smoother, or safer. When we finally settled on a car and it was delivered, the general sales manager personally went over its features and operation thoroughly with the promise to return if necessary and leaving us with a number for contact with any lingering questions. Since making this transaction and taking possession of our new car, which has several new features with which we were unfamiliar, we have had questions regarding it. Every call we’ve made to any of the staff has been received immediately or returned shortly thereafter and our questions answered. Every conversation has been characterized by patience, interest, understanding and reassurance not to hesitate to call again when we have more questions. We’re not only very happy with the terms, final price and operation of our new car, but exceptionally pleased with the personal interactions we’ve experienced from everyone on the Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford staff.
