My wife and I were very happy with our refinance with Turbo Mortgage. Kevin M. was easy to work with and kept us informed all the way through the process. He listened to what we wanted for a mortgage product and delivered. Unlike several companies I tried to deal with early in our search for the right product, there documentation process was less onerous. Best of all we closed rather quickly (30 days) compared to others that were quoting 45 to 60 days. I would recommend Turbo Mortgage if you are looking for a hassle free and quick turn around refinance.

We are not happy with the loan process that we were put through. I can say service was fast but that’s the only positive. First why would it be assumed that the house would appraise for more than $100k than what it was purchased just a year before. We were told before the appraisal that we would be getting roughly $26k then went to LESS than $2k at closing. The escrow was confirmed by the care specialist to be at $17000, we are getting only $3600. A different number was received at the closing table than we received 3 days before. Every time a question was asked the answer was “it’s a better loan” but no explanation given. At the end of the day we felt stuck because we already had $500 in the appraisal and had skipped our January house payment because we were told not to pay it.

I decided to try and refinance my house. I would get multiple calls a day from different lenders that wouldn't listen to me. Ed, with Turbo Mortgage, called me and was straight to the point with what they could offer. I was able to text him necessary info while I was at work. I’m very pleased with the experience overall. Kristopher T., the mortgage broker, was very helpful every step of the way with refinancing my home. Not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. The process was as fast and meticulous as I wanted it to be. Every question or issue I had was dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction. Even though Turbo Mortgage is the company, it was Kristopher T. that deserves the credit.

A little expensive, however TURBO is clearly in their name for a reason. Danny M. was responsive and fast. He also kept all his promises, and was able to close a cash out refi faster than any of the competition! Another mortgage company told me it would take 45 days to close - however Danny got us done in 20 days. Again, the origination fee was slightly higher than the competition, the interest rate was lower, and the speed and efficiency of the process was worth the extra couple of dollars. I would use this team again.
